Steve is genuinely nice guy - love that he doesn't just give you the sell and genuinely helps - good old fashioned service with a smile. Brought two bikes in for service and he honestly advised that one was going to cost the same to fix as it was to buy nice and new (i was not surprised mind you - it was possibly 15 years old) - My Wife now loves the bike he recommended - loved that he didnt try and upsell to a bike we dont need - gave two options and explained the difference - my other serviced bike now runs awesome as well... So does my kids who I bought from him a year or so earlier...
