Eneg Pilates has changed my life... I despised exercise too I discovered energ. 2 months in and I frequently get complements on my toned arms & lose of weight!! The class starts with 20min spin bike (it gets easier I promise) then pilates reformer which tones and shapes with great results. I can not speak highly enough of Trudy and her team!! This is for all shapes & sizes, men & women!

I found this salon after searching the net for a Perth Aveda Salon. I was very impressed with the service and the friendly staff who listen exactly to what I wanted. My colour was perfect (they specialise in Blondes)plus I was very happy with my cut. I even had the chance to run upstairs and get my waxing down (I highly recommend Sophie) while my colour processed! The price was reasonable compared to other Aveda salons I have visited they even treated me to a complementary Aveda Make Up application before I left! Think next time I visit Ill try one of the signiture Aveda facials!!
