dinner took a total of 3.5 hrs to complete. however it appears that all the turkish tables approx 95% were given priority. Took 45 min to be served for drinks. Music was so loud you couldnt hear anyone speak. closed at 2230 on saturday however didnt get desert till 2235 and it appeared to be leftovers as we were forgotten about. many other reviews on other sites complain about similer things. do not go

When this place opened late 2008 it is exactly what the area needed, we loved taking our little ones each week. But then our 22mth old daughter fell 3.5mtrs through the rope netting squares that you walk across An incident report was filled out i was called later by the staff asking how she was & was told they were putting something up so no one could fall through again.

2 days later i went in they were very nice & did not charge us as it was empty being lunch time so our daughter could go through & the net still hadnt been fixed they were waiting on the man whom built it to come do something that afternoon.

Still now 2 & 1/2 mths later no call from staff & we know it still has not been fixed not all children would fall though as are little squares 6 inch by 6 inch but do stretch, its that there is no net to catch them like on the 1st level on which makes no sense. So lets let children fall 3.5mtrs to the ground but not from less then 1mtr. We are very dissapointed in the cenre for making us chase them & not ringing us they are lucky no child has died or been seriously injured.

After seeing the adds for BB's in cake decoration books as the place to go for party & cake decorating needs & i lived just down from it & never knew, i thought i would go to get all the stuff for my children's party. I was so very disappointed being in cake decoration books i thought they would have everything but had very little. & the party supplies was not that good find the same stuff at the local woolworths or coles. The only thing they seemed to have going for them was balloon displays they looked very nice. Maybe they should change there adds from cake decorations supplies to balloons.

Found staff to be extremely helpful. Great store excellent products would recommend to anyone. Huge range of dvds also all the cables needed to set up any electrical products

Went to the store to buy a wireless modem with voip, as moved into a new place & had trouble getting the phone connected. When i asked the staff i was given a modem which was meant to be voip capable but when i got home to set it up it did not work with voip so had to take back to swap over but then was told by another staff member they do not stock voip capable modem's.

The cloths from pumpkin patch are great quality we love to stock up at the end of seasons on-line sales & have yet to be disappointed. The site is easy to use for any age group

Recently moved to the area, & as always you need a place to buy fresh bread. Brumby's is great the staff are amazing, i got a loyalty card so you save money, which s great when you are buying bread every 2 days for the family. The bread is always fresh.

I do the weekly shopping here, i find the staff to be very helpful & polite. Although they don't always have all the products we like to buy we still enjoying shopping there.

Great selection of Pies & fresh rolls/sandwiches. Also the variety of desserts is great & have yet to not like anythin i have bought. All food is fresh & tastes amazing.

For a toy shop in the industrial estate, i found it great & will no longer drive by. They have great prices year round, so no need to wait for the toy sales
