A couple of family friends flew down from Sydney on the weekend of my enagement party and this we chose this place as our lunch spot as it was nearby our our apartment. During the night this place looks quite chic and so we had decided to try it out. We were seated straight away (there was 4 of us in total) and service was quick and food was sensational. I ordered just the thick fries with assorted dips and it was crunchy and delicious! The downside is that it was quite pricey and it's more of a special occasion restaurant rather than a frequent place to eat! All of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal. HOWEVER. My fiance and I returned to this spot for dinner, the service was so poor!! We waited a long time for our order to be taken and the food took even longer to arrive. They placed a glass of water to be refilled on our table but most of the waiters/waitresses just strolled past looking at our empty glass. I'm so disappointed, it's pricey and the service is the worst. I will not recommend this place to any of my family and friends.

After hearing many great reviews from friends about the food quality in Misty's Diner. My fiance and I decided to give it a go. When we arrived at Misty's on a Saturday night, could not get a table and were told to come back in 20 minutes...We were very hungry and decided to eat elsewhere. Spirits low, why not try again during a weeknight, and we were successful! But not before a telephone call to the Diner to ensure we could get a seat, although they do not provide reservations for groups under 2 people. We ordered our food and 10 minutes later it arrived and was exactly how I pictured it in my mind and it definitely tasted the way it looked. Delicious large juicy burgers, I would not recommend eating here on a first date..unless you like having sauce covered face. I would recommend Misty's Diner and already have to my family, but only if I'm really hungry...

I never thought I'd enjoy getting lash extensions but Just Lashes changed my mind after getting recommendations from family and friends. I love this place so much I also have started getting my eyebrows tidied and shaped here. The staff are courteous and very welcoming. I received a free refill for my lashes when it was my birthday worth $60. I'm so happy with the service and would not think of going anywhere else.

I visited this salon initially having had a bad waxing experience from another business and was hesitant to try another however, saw some great reviews on this business on womo and decided to give it a go.

I do not regret this decision as I had such a great experience with this salon. The BT was was so thorough and the wax was so clean (after re-visiting this salon numerous times for the next wax and I return with smoother skin and no more ingrowns!)

I am so impressed with this place and highly recommend it to my family and friends! Amazing service!!

After having bought a Christmas gift card for my mother who I knew would love to go shopping at David Jones. I was incredibly shattered to find out that the gift card that was sold to me was "inactive" meaning $0 when my sister, mother and I decided to use it 3 days after Christmas. In my heart, I had a bad feeling as when I had bought my gift card the staff member at young fashion department had swiped the gift card initially with a (large sum of money which for public purposes I will not disclose) but as she was about to write the amount, had decided that the card was faulty and proceeded to grab another card writing the amount on the second card and not swiping it on the register, reassuring me that the receipt would be enough to purchase with the gift card. Unfortunately, I had given her the benefit of the doubt as it was Christmas time and was nice enough to believe this person.

However, I am so incredibly disappointed in the service my family received when we took this matter to customer service and were told nothing could be done as the receipt does not match the gift card I was given and that the gift card on the receipt was used up on Christmas Eve (at this point I was so upset that my gift which was intended for my mother was enjoyed by a heartless thief staff member who deceived me).

The matter was not resolved until we spoke to another manager to investigate the matter (who had taken the gift card, why the card was used by someone other than myself (it was obvious that the David Jones employee was the only one that knew the amount on the card swapped it with an empty card) ...eventually this manager was sympathetic to our situation and replaced my stolen card.

This does not excuse the behavior of an employee and who isn't to say this will not happen to someone else. At the moment the investigation is still in process but I would really like to know who would be cruel enough to spend a customer's gift... it is definitely really sad that people can be so selfish.

This incident has my family off from shopping in David Jones forever, especially myself who have been a loyal customer for 20 years...sad.

Ate here for the first time with my sister and I don't know why I ever overlooked this place. The menu is quite extensive and the service is fast. I can't wait to return here for a date with my boyfriend to try out one of their pancakes!

I had my first facial at Beautyologist, my local beauty therapist salon and I can not fault this place in anyway. The service is impeccable, the rooms are clean and gorgeous. The therapists are so lovely and experienced. My saturday appointment was last minute and they still managed to make time for me even though they were extremely busy. My facial was so thorough, I was there for more than 1 hour.

I've booked my next one and I definitely recommended this place to my family and friends.

I've never had such fresh delicious lean grilled beef burgers...once you have one you will never go back to other burger shops!
After moving to the area, my bf and I decided to try this small sized burger shop, with an appreciation for great service and amazing food, I can't praise this place enough.

I am just absolutely in love with their burgers and go back to treat myself at least once a week.

The girls are always so friendly and accommodating.
The products are great and after an eyebrow wax they offer to put make up on you to reduce the redness.

While you wait, they offer you trials for various make up products, which I think is great!

I've had to make last minute appointments they've always come through.
