Long story short, needed a new mat for a trampoline. These guys had a custom mat for an 80 spring trampoline. They told me when I ordered it may not match original springs and they sent extra springs to test sizes. I ordered the wrong size springs and they have, thankfully, an amazing returns policy and great customer service. Highly recommend these guys if you need parts for a trampoline.

We changed from Telstra to iiNet to bundle plans and save money. Getting connected was pretty slow, I have had problems with their BoB phone buttons not working but the worst was when the third invoice arrived. they started billing me $120 a month for service calls that I never requested and they never performed. I had to cancel a credit card and may have to lodge a complaint with the telecommunications ombudsman to sort it out. All up they have billed me $746.25 for two months of internet and phone use! So much for cheaper bundles.

Despite being smaller than the new Castle Hill Bunnings I prefer the Norwest Bunnings store. I'm usually here for gardening stuff and they seem to carry some things that other Bunnings stores don't have like sheep manure.

Had to undergo surgery recently and my GP recommended Dr Currer. He was very professional, explained the entire surgery and options beforehand, explained the procedure, potential outcomes and worst through best case scenarios and their impact. Saw him twice after surgery before leaving hospital and had a thorough explanation of the surgery and what to do during recovery period. He was very thorough and reassuring throughout.

Going into hospital for surgery I was warned I had to pay $500 on admission. The day prior to the operation my wife transferred $655 from her NAB account to my Visa debit, also with NAB. Previously NAB have told us transfers from one NAB account to another are instantaneous. Next day went to hospital and the money, which NAB took from my wifes account was not available on mine. Calling NAB from the hospital, no explanation except 'sometimes these transfers take longer'. No help available even though they could see the funds had been transferred. Appalling customer service, left me hanging in the worst of circumstances.

I've been taking my family for half yearly checkups here for about four years now. Dr Ossip is very professional and good with the kids. Does health fund claims on the spot which helps a lot.

We had a couple of small jobs we needed a bricklayer for. Paul arrived when he said he would, finished when he said he would, left the place clean and did a great job. Highly recommend him.

The best ricotta cheesecakes in Sydney. I've heard they have other food that's good but I've never gotten past the cheesecake. Be prepared to queue for awhile though, this place is popular.

Had dinner here after reading good reviews on WOMO. Food was amazing, had the ribs, thanks for that tip ValerieC. Service was great, lots of staff around. Prices were reasonable, especially given the quality of food and the service.

These guys are brilliant. Scott has to be one of the best Chiropractors in Sydney. The only negative is the long waiting times and difficulty getting appointments at short notice. The downside to having an amazing, popular chiropractor!
