Was able to get a table pretty easily at the bar area (don't think they take bookings there so go early). We got a couple of the Wagyu burgers, which was pretty damn delicious. It is slightly pricey though for a burger, but the atmosphere there is pretty nice and makes up for it.

Purchased parts for a new computer and the service was great. They made sure the parts I bought were compatible with each other and were happy to answer any questions.

It does depend on the hairdresser. But the good ones seem to be mostly gone now and the ones left or replacements are pretty bad. Quite pricey too given others around the area are much cheaper for a simple cut.

My most recent and definitely last experience with them was pretty terrible. The hairdresser pretty much rushed through it, was rough and didn't even check the work because I had to point out the unevenness myself. They also wanted to charge me an additional 15 just to wash my hair afterwards. It's amateur hour when the boss isn't there too so if you want to take the risk go there early.

Great variety of bread and cakes at a reasonable price. Bread is very fresh and the pork floss ones are my favorite. The cakes aren't too bad as well, especially the chocolate cheesecake which they used to make but not anymore.

Terrific store, with a wide variety of items. Similar concept to the $2 shop, but everything is made in Japan! Very good value.

Used them for simple conveyancing for a house purchase and it was stressful. Customer service was needs improvement, in fact you spend more time talking and passing messages through the receptionist than actually talking to the conveyancer. Only upon mentioning that I was taking my service elsewhere did I get past the receptionist barrier and immediately put through to the director. Save yourself additional trouble and go elsewhere.
