I had so much trouble getting hold of anyone who was interested in the job of helping us maintain a buffalo lawn and getting rid of foreign grasses and weeds that over.. Craig was so helpful - he offered to show me how to do it myself in case I didnt want to pay. We asked him to do it himself in the end and it has been fantastic. His customer services goes well beyond what I could ever have expected - he continues to help us with advice over email. it is so nice to meet someone who actually cares and doesn't shrug of the small job as too much trouble. Highly recommend.
