I love to head to Boheme for a take away lunch on a Monday. the Chicken salad is fabulous as well as their coffee. QUick service , friendly staff and a great atmospere I can recommend Boheme to anyone for its great food

Pheast is my absolute favourite cafe in the whole of Armadale. I love my Saturday morning breakfast at Pheast and the kids love their awesome pancakes. Charming liitle cafe with heaps of spunk.

I love to sit outside Lagom and drink their amazing coffee. The staff are friendly and is the sort of local cafe you can visit everyday. There Eggs Florentine are a real favourite at Sunday morning breakfast from Lagoms

I love the food at the Nirvana Vegetarian Restuarant. Its a cosy little cafe who has Dahl and vegetarian food thats is perfect for lunch and dinner. I usually visit Nirvana at lunch time for a real treat.

The food at Chun Po is first class Chinese cuisine. I love the Spring Rolls and the Dim Sims as an entree and for mains I had the Squid which blew my mind. The atmosphere is intimate and the service is fast.

Yogaconcepts is the best Yoga studio in Melbourne. The teachers are great, the atmosphere is relaxing, laid back and inspires you to reach your fullest potential through the wisdom and truth expounded.
