Initial phone call followed by emails were fine. I was told that the cost was $180 for the service visit plus parts but it wasn't mention that it was COD. That was fine- it just would have being good to know that as I assumed I would be invoiced.
Daniel called before arrival, was on time, polite and efficient - and quickly resolved the issues with my roller door. i was very happy with the service call.

Ezy air were great to deal with from the start. Leigh handled all my inquires and questions very well giving me all the options and answers I was after. The install of a 2.5KW unit in my bedroom was timely and efficient. Chris explained every step of the install and ran through all the setting to make sure I was comfortable with the unit and they tidied up before they left. The pricing seemed competitive. I would happily recommend them.
