This is a very elegant, gorgeous spa. The facilities are top notch and if you take a book it can definitely be a relaxing day. The passes are quite cheap too considering there is no time limit. There have just been renovations done, more pools added.
The past few times I have been it was very crowded. If you need some intense relaxation then it's best to pay extra and hire a private pool.
Definitely busy and doesn't have many pools. The place itself is nice, the refurbishment is good, but when there are 20 other people in the pool with you, including children, it's not all that relaxing. If you could afford it a better option would be a private pool and treatments rather than the Sanctuary or Bathhouse. We got the afternoon tea package and the scones were dry and horrible.
Very satisfactory, the shop is new and clean, the massages are worth it after a heavy day shopping.
I was given a voucher for a full body massage and it was awful. The woman was barely interested, I could hear the radio playing over her 'relaxing' music and she didn't massage where I asked her to.
Great masseuses who are polite and caring. They are happy to go with whatever you need, make suggestions and give you extra time if needed. They also let us lay on the beds with heat packs to relax for 10 minutes after our massages and used oil on my friend who was particularly sore - all complimentary.
They are great at relieving tension. The store is always clean and has nice music playing that blocks out the noises of the centre. The masseurs are all polite and courteous and are happy to tailor a massage to how you like it.
Fantastic service all round. Excellent services offered for very reasonable prices. Always friendly and professional and a very relaxing experience. The gift vouchers are also very handy.
Approximate cost: $40
The concept and atmosphere of the place is great. It's a very funky little cafe, but the lack of quality food and coffee plus the staff's indifference ruins it.

Funky little cafe in a great location. The food is fresh, with a variety of items on the menu. The coffee is good, prices are cheap. It's a great place to relax and enjoy brunswick - we left pumped up for more shopping and very willing to go back.

Great food, nice cozy restaurant. The staff are always friendly and make a good cup of coffee. Prices are cheap but the food is always really yummy. Worth going to.
