I love this place - stay for atleast a week a year in December (before school holidays). Close to a patrolled area of the beach and good restaurants. Very close proximity to Gold Coast Convention Centre.

Great Malaysian and Chinese inspired food from Malaysian locals - try their seafood specials and home made curry puffs - you won't be disappointed. It's like being back in Kuala Lumpur!

Great quality food servicing the Bruce regulars who live or work there. Recommend the breakfast or brunch on the back deck with a couple of newspapers. Also provides quality catering to areas of Canberra.

Fantastic roast and char sui pork. Great value meals to eat in. Try Hing Wong Roast Inn for authentic tasty food. They also own the butchers next door. You know the food is fresh!

Don't stay for the decor - stay for the food. All dishes I've sampled have been fantastic, especially the duck with plum sauce. I highly recommend this restaurant to families as it is very family friendly.
