I've ordered a Car Cradle couple of months ago for my iPhone 5. I got the item the day after. I ordered a DIY version so I have to install it on my own. The manual that is included has a clear description on what to do so I was able to install it with ease. The product itself has been working great since I bought it. Great product and great service! Definitely the best bang for your buck when you're looking for a phone cradle.
