I found them to be good.especially there surrender provention team and vet..although I didn't fit into program criteria I was thankfull they helped me.they looked my dog over .did some tests.and his lumps weren't cancer they gave me some advice and meds for dog arthritis.which was all free..the most spun out thing from when I went to rspca burwood.was walking passed all peeps that work there vaping outside. The smoke that go in there stomach and blow out there mouth is like indian pow wow.. seriously incredible.and made my dog sneeze his head off when we walked passed..it really stinks.if U do go there try park at front entrance not around the side car park you'll get smoked out.
