My husband got approached by these guys while he was gardening about doing our roof & gutters.He gave us the lowest quote & even offered my husband a today special rate only which got him hooked.He mentioned that he can finish the work in 4-5days. They started the job the following day (2nd Dec) but rather late in the morning already. We also noticed that there are days that they did not come. They asked us initially for a 50% deposit which we gave (we learned our mistake now) and an extension to the following week since the weather was not cooperative which we feel is fair. On the 2nd week, we are expecting that the job should be nearly done but at closer inspection, we noticed that some of the colorbonds for our fascia was not measured right and they would need a tiny bit like 12inches and a small rectangular shape to make up for the whole length and pointed corners.They also used silver nails to attach it which should not be the case as it should be white so it wouldn't be obvious. Also, there is one downpipe that he ordered that does not match the size of connecting downspout.They told us that the roof is finished but I was not impressed with the quality. My husband decided to go up the back roof and he was shocked to see cracked tiles, pointing, beddings when we were told that it's all done. We called the company right away as we cannot contain our dismay anymore. We demanded to have the gutters & roof done again less the imperfections. We drafted a contract that if they have not finish the work by the 24th of Dec then they have to refund the money we paid him. By 24th of December, the work is still not half and properly done thus we demanded for our money back as part of the agreement he signed which he did not want to honor. The case is currently filed in VCAT.

I had my safety switch and smoke alarm installed by Victor. Even during quotation, Victor was really professional, easy to deal with, and you know he is not after the money. What I liked about him is that he was open that I may use other cheaper electrician but he gave me advise to make sure that I'll get those 2 docs from them. Our power tripped when I got home after they completed their job and I was engaged with him on the phone figuring out what went wrong. Finally we did and he came back the following day and fixed it without additional cost. He also gave me discount for smoke alarm.
