Issue unsatisfactorily resolved - too busy to care
Business practices at this VET are poor.
We were forced by one of the VETs to attend two consultations for an annual vaccination. At the first visit the VET decided they would not vaccinate due to time constraints and advised that we would not be charged for the next visit. We were charged for a second consultation at this visit, and when the matter was raised we were fobbed off. Attempts to pursue the matter resulted in emails that set out why Ripponlea VET were justified in double billing us for one service. We are very disappointed.
