Only earring venue open in Kalgoorlie on a public holiday. Busy, and staff not coping. Individual meals at same time served at different times making it difficult to enjoy and eat together.

Have dealt with John Hughes on a number of occasions and can only recommend that other organisations should take a leaf out of his book. The customer service and understanding of each individual needs is incredible. Well done you have got it right and all your staff know what standard you expect. It shows by the service given to each customer.

Great early morning experience. Wonderful service, great menu and lovely food. Fantastic surrounding, early morning breakfast.Friendly and helpful staff made it s feel welcome and having a 2 year old toddler with us was not problem. We were all catered for and with no hassle. Will return

A bit dissapointed to be left standing at the door until management decide whether breakfast menu would be served at 10.55am on Sunday or whether it would be lunch menu? Wait to be seated? Wait until we decide what will be served? and then get told that they had been busy and not everything on the menu was available.

They advertise specials on a regular basis, but are never able to supply the goods. The staff always are giving excuses, like blaming the bar equipment etc. Service is pathetic. They have a great venue, nice decor etc, but need to deliver what customers are expecting.

Conveniently located, good variety of food. Very slow service and could not deliver the whole order on time so that everyone ate together. Staff seemed too occupied with other matters.

Wonderful first time experience at Day Care. So Attentive and udnerstanding of the individual needs. Not only makes the child feel comfortable, but also the carer, be it Mum, Dad, Grandparents or carer. These childcare workers deserve a medal. So thoughtful and understanding. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Great dining facilities, plenty of staff, but not always paying eye to detail. Food, just average pub grub, nothing to get excited about. Kids meals overcatered for and not all that appealing for kids. Good detail to children's activities, supplied a bag full of activites and puzzles. Not very attentive to drink requirements, had to request drinks on two different occassions.

This is a truly unique, individual experience. I've been attending this clinic almost 2 years, and each specialists offers a their own individual technique, which all have the desired effect in treating a range of health issues. They are prompt with their appointments, and you always get a lengthy consultation. Good service, great value.
