Robert fixed our blue screen of death, reconfigured everything, installed additional maintenance programs and made us all smile again. Robert is reliable, honest and worth every cent. I dropped my desktop computer off to his house and upon pick up he took the time to sit with me and explain everything in plain English, he wasn't rushed and genuinely cared about me understanding everything he had done -which hasn't been the case with other repair companies in the past.
