I called Energized PC Solutions as my external hard drive had stopped working. My phone call was answered immediately by Omar, in a friendly and professional manner. After explaining to him what the problem was, he asked me a few simple questions to try and decipher what the issue might be. Omar was great in explaining what he thought may be the issue in simple lay man terms that I could understand and that was fantastic because I am definitely not a computer expert so he made the experience a very comfortable one. He was also very thorough in explaining what the process would be and the costs involved in him coming to have a look at it which I also really appreciated so there were no surprises or hidden costs. He was able to come out to my house within a couple of days of making the initial call and when he arrived, on time, he was as friendly and professional as he was on the phone. What I also really appreciated was that he had arrived prepared with some spare parts with him so the hard drive was fixed immediately without further delay. The issue was quickly and successfully resolved and I was extremely happy with the service.
