Great experience - especially the service. Our host was very attentive and happy to explain the dishes to us. Very generous servings - we walked out very very full!
Approximate cost: $20-25
Caught up with friends here over gelato - very fresh and tastes blissfully homemade. Good range of flavours - go for the 5 scoop cup option, everything tastes good.
Approximate cost: $10 for 5 scoops
Very fresh and great tasting lunch options, particularly handy if you work at Westpac headquarters! Caesar salad and grilled fish are some of the standouts at this establishment. Run by friendly staff.

We were seated inside a smaller side room when we visited for lunchtime yum cha. Unfortunately this meant that dishes took longer to get to us and trolley visits were quite sparse. Nevertheless, the food was quite good - standard yum cha fare.
Ok, so there is the novelty of sitting on the floor at the traditional low tables to eat. But after a short while (especially when in a big group), the fun wears off and your legs get sore/numb from a lack of stretching room. Food servings are abysmally small, eg. a $13 curry would have been lucky to feed one. We basically fed up on rice to be full. Not impressed at all.

Good place to stop after work for some pretty decent specials - $2.20 boxes of salad, plus lots of other cheap 'snackboxes' of chicken and other hot food items. Small area inside to eat in, or there are plenty of seats outside in the busy Westfield-station thoroughfare.
Approximate cost: $3 salads/snackboxes
Pretty good place for breakfast if you're near the city. Quite sizeable servings (come hungry), prices are about average. Nice setting to meander over bacon and eggs and catch up with friends.
Approximate cost: $10
If you don't want to dine in at the Doyles restaurant nearby, this is a great option to enjoy some pretty top notch seafood fare by the beach. Stick with the fish and seafood dishes, as their chicken nuggets weren't that great. Very very busy on sunny weekends, so be prepared for a fairly long wait.
Approximate cost: $7+
Surprisingly good Asian takeaway for an non-Asian cafe. Quite cheap and filling - good for an office lunch if you work in the area. Delivery service to your office is pretty handy. Beware as the food seems to be quite oily.
Approximate cost: $8
Great pho experience! Menu items are all numbered, so the language barrier doesn't really get in the way. Food was served super fast - take advantage of the yummy condiments! Satisfying pho at rock bottom prices.
