I was in a state of constant financial anxiety and owed more in unsecured debt that I had income. I was on a cycle of getting pay day loans and re-drawing to pay back other debt. When I initially rang and spoke with Debt Fix about my (fairly embarrassing) financial situation, I was met with compassion and understanding, rather than the judgement I'd been experiencing towards myself! :)

It was a case of going back and forth between creditors and changes to my agreement were necessary. Every time I contacted the organisation I experienced the staff to be patient, understanding, very clear communicators and willing to do whatever they could to help me.
