I have been a few times, so the rating is an average. The decor is truly impressive, and you will feel like you have exited the real world and stepped into paradise.

However, I have been disappointed at the snootiness of some of the reception staff. When my husband and I went for the Couples' Spa Experience (3 hours and very pricey), we were greeted like royalty. But when I went another time for a 90-minute massage only (on a special deal), they barely gave me the time of day.

Once I requested a specific therapist, but when I arrived I was told my treatment would be with someone else. That person was inexperienced (as the lady on reception even admitted later) and there was nothing luxurious about that treatment which lasted only 60 of the 90 minutes I had booked.

I'd go back during if I found a really good offer, but mainly because of the decor and the fact that it's the only day spa anywhere close by.

I have always had a good experience with this pharmacy for prescriptions and other items as well. They have an extensive range of nice cosmetics (L'Occitane, Clinique, etc). They also offer some great services like Val Hindley's baby clinic and the naturopath (just $20/visit). They have always had our prescriptions in stock, and the pharmacists were able to answer all my questions each time.

Definitely the best of takeaway pizza options in the Springfield Area. The menu has a lot of variety and the prices (though still a bit steep) are actually a good value for what you get. The gluten free base is really tasty too (and that's hard to come by!). I'd also recommend the dessert calzone...yum!

The cupcakes look amazing, and the shop itself is very cute. They have a great selection of flavors of cupcakes and even offer a couple of gluten free choices. However, the taste was not as good as the heavy price tag suggested!

Ben did a fantastic job of removing and replacing 2 toilets for us. He beat every other quote by over $200, and he provided exactly what was quoted. Fast service, good communication, and I would definitely use him again in the future.

I've eaten at a lot of Thai restaurants, and this one tops the lot! We have tried nearly everything on the menu and enjoyed every dish. The service is quick (both for eat-in and takeaway), and the prices are very reasonable.

The pizzas all sounded very fancy on the menu -- lots of choices. But the pizzas did not taste nearly as good as their descriptions. Very disappointing considering how expensive the pizzas are.

The facilities are great -- big pools indoors and out, a great kids' waterplay area, and a nice gym -- but the admin side of the business is pretty terrible. Often no one is at the front desk, and the disorganization is obvious.

The food is really tasty, and the menu has good variety. The service is really slow, however, and everything is a bit over-priced. The play area for the kids is a nice addition.

The children had a blast, so I guess that's the most important part. It's still a bit pricey, but the play equipment is great and you get a free drinks voucher with each adult entry. The service is slow -- often one person working the front desk and the cafe.
