Great Indian Restaurant. Pleasant atmosphere with excellent service. Menu with large selection at reasonable prices. Superb quality food. We shared our selection of food: tandoori platter with fish, chicken, lamb chop and beef kebab: chicken korma (the best I have had): potato and cottage cheese dumplings in almond spicy sauce: fruit naan and rice. The mango lassi was thick, creamy and delicious. Total cost including drinks was $60. Thoroughly recommend this restaurant. The food was outstanding. We will return.

Always treat ourselves to coffee or white chocolate when shopping at Colonnades. Yes, the white chocolate is amazing! Efficient and friendly service is a comfortable setting, which is always clean. Delicious selection of sweet and savoury edibles and the prices are good.

We have been buying pizzas from Pedros for years. We order on the internet to pick up within 15 minutes. The service has always been friendly and efficient. The pizzas are really nice with lots of toppings. Have never had a wrong order. They must be good as we keep going back.
December 2014 - still one of our favourite takeaways.

Have taken my 3 year old grandson here several times. He always enjoys it. I like the separate playing areas for different ages. It is well set out and always clean. I do find it a little expensive though.

We found this nice restaurant via the Entertainment Book. The restaurant is quite large and one entrance overlooks the foothills of Adelaide. The service we received was exceptional. I ordered chicken and avocada pasta in a cream sauce and it was delicious, however some pieces of pasta were not cooked properly. My husband ordered the chicken breast with prawn mousse and he loved it. However his mashed potato with mustard, though lovely tasting, was lumpy. Overall a pleasant restaurant with nice food.

Always a great place to look for drinks. They have an enormous range, often with great special prices. I recently tried to purchase a Christmas special of Gingerbread Kahlua. When I was unable to find any I asked for assistance. The attendant looked up the item and said that there were 4 in-store, but was unable to find them (after considerable searching). I decided to look at special ciders instead. To my surprise the attendant found me and he was holding the 4 bottles of Kahlua. This service was above and beyond and very much appreciated.

This little restaurant was recommended to us by our son. We were pleasantly surprised with the food and will certainly return - soon. It has wonderful views over the ocean and has alfresco and restaurant dining. The atmosphere is very pleasant. But the food is a tantalising delight. We started with mini burgers (chicken and beef), followed by pork belly with wedges with sour cream and spicy jam. Our drinks were apple cider with ginger. Service is excellent and though a little slow it was no problem as it gave us time to relax and look forward to the next food sampling. My only complaint is the smoke wafting into the restaurant from the smokers in the alfresco area. Rather than linger a little longer we made our exit.
December 2014 - pick up on-line vouchers when available.

This tour is run by Ayers House Museum. We purchase it on a deal with the Museum tour, but decided to do it on another day. Would not recommend doing this - do it after the other tour. We were disappointed. We saw one apartment with a brick arched roof, the old govt cabinet room and some tunnels (part was closed for a hotel function). Our guide was very knowledgeable and we did learn quite a bit about the early history of the building. A surprise was the lovely courtyard within the complex.

Our 1.1/2 hour tour included morning tea in the elegant and enormous dining room. (The ceiling is magnificent.) Our tour guide was interesting, education and entertaining. The history of the house was explained together with the daily workings of the staff and family. The house is awesome. It is so good that this heritage building is still with us. Thoroughly recommend the tour. There is also a night tour which sounds interesting which we will probably attend. And there is a tour of the Treasury - we are booked.

This review is for The Orchid Garden Tearoom, Blackwood SA

Was taken for high tea by my son and it was delightful. Although walking through the Chinese restaurant was a bit off-putting the tearoom was glorious - dollhouse olde worlde setting. We began with a glass of bubbly. The food that followed included watercress sandwiches, salmon and cucumber volauvent, duck slice in amazing sauce with mushrooms, prawn cups, and an amazing selection of cake and slice nibbles. All were very petite but there was ample food for all. Service was a little slow but allowed time to really relax. I feel that the full price of $39 each would be a bit too much for me to pay, but our discount voucher allowed us to enjoy this unique experience.
