Yet another Crossroads shop that I enjoy. Love the larger sizes and the range of clothing. The staff are interested and helpful. I was attracted by a blouse on special (which I purchased), plus another item. Hint: If you want to see the back of the outfit take your own hand mirror.

Wow old fashioned caring service. Was attracted by the $19.95 dresses. There was a wide range with ample larger sizes. Mel was wonderful. When I was trying on dresses she actually assisted (adjusting straps etc). She also suggested that the dress came in other colours which she showed me. Over the last few years I have purchased quite a lot of clothing from this store and will go back. They actually have large sizes.

This is a very welcoming winery with lovely wine. Their Blush is amazing. The day we visited there were many little groups of people spread through the glorious gardens. They were enjoying their wine (in an ice bucket) and sampling the cheese platter. What a wonderful way to spend a leisurely Sunday afternoon. The added bonus is their little wildlife park with deer, alpacas, geese and chooks. A truly delightful place.

Having been to this market several years ago, where it was packed with stalls, we were disappointed with our recent visit. Evidently it has been closed for a few years and is just coming back. There were a few stalls and a nice cafe. We bought some fresh strawberries. Hopefully it returns to its previous success.

Lovely atmosphere in this historic building. The service was great. We were able to sample various cordial, including sarsaparilla, ginger beer and raspberry: all of which were delicious and refreshing mixed with cold water (I usually mix them with lemonade). The cordial is quite strong and therefore very economical, especially in the 2 litre containers. Better taste and value than those available at supermarkets.

A lovely old fashioned hotel in a lovely country town. We booked for a Monday night and were very surprised at how busy it was - obviously very popular. We were served immediately and made to feel very welcome. A shared pate and Turkish bread plate arrived a short time after ordering. There was ample bread and it was all delicious. Steaks were brought to our table in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately my medium-well done was only medium-rare, but I shared the rare parts with my husband. The steaks were amazingly delicious. We will return.

This is quite a nice little bakery/cafe with a lovely outside area. We each ordered a pie and cake and shared a milkshake. The average cost for each item was $5 which we thought was a little expensive. The lamb and rosemary pie was beautiful. We were disappointed with the cheesecake and chocolate cake as they did not seem to have been baked on that day. The lime milkshake was quite large and was delicious. The service was average. We will not return.

Approximate cost: $4.50 pies

Being on holidays we decided to have a treat. Oh wow! A lovely little cafe fronting their chocolate factory. We each had a cappuccino and a delectable little hand-made dessert. It was decadent, sumptuous and absolutely delicious. We took our time eating so it would last. We will return.

Approximate cost: $8.50 dessert

I had been looking for swimwear to hide a multitude of sins, as I am a larger size older woman. I had been disappointed many times. This shop has a large range of bathers from tiny shoestring straps to cover-alls. The service is fantastic: you never have to leave the change room - you are waited on. Fantastic quality items including Jansen. I was able to find a lovely outfit. I knew I would be paying way more than I liked ($160), but it was necessary. They also have a shop just around the corner for larger busted women from 16D.

A lovely cinema complex. It is very clean. Since its upgrade the seating is as good as anywhere else. Very comfortable. You can always find a park which is really important. Prices are less than other cinemas, especially on 'cheap-skate' Tuesday. I enjoy going to this cinema - it is hassle free.
