I had the guy come around and do a Pest service, I had explained that we had an invasion of ants etc. He completed the job in about half an hour, my husband had a look through the invoice only to find out that he didn't do ants, that was an extra cost! I had explained that this was one of the main problems and he still didn't do anything to solve the problem, he said that it would cost an extra $65.00 on top of the $220.00! Are you kidding me...a complete rip off

I like shopping in Target, there is always a good range of things, never enough staff around the store, which is typical behaviour of a department store, although you do get through the checkouts quickly. Still a little confused with the change of layout but all in all a happy experience!

Big W has come a long way and it's now one of the places I love to shop at. They have so much in their range and great prices. The staff are always helpful and know their stuff.

I went there in the hope that I could get my favourite bag fixed, and wella he was able to do it straight away and even had red leather in his draw! the service was with a smile & friendly, I was so happy to get it fixed for under $20.00. Mister Minit you made my day.

We have been here a few times and it doesn't seem to get any better. The food is ok, nothing to write home about and the service well that's another thing they could do some training in. Each time we went it was something else they stuffed up, forgot our kids meals, short changed my husband, cancelled reservation to name a few. It's a good place with a good kids area, so it's ashame that this happens. Won't be going back there in a hurry.

Walked into their store today and wow there is quite a bit on offer and what I loved the most was the layout. Each theme has it's own section with everything related. Staff are friendly and the prices are good. Great range of costumes and don't get me started on their helium range...OMG.
