The food is pretty expensive in this Glen Waverley area. I've ordered a fried rice and it cost around $18. Since it's a take away, I wanted some chilli oil. They wanted to charge me $0.50 for chilli oil where most restaurants don't charge. Can't believe small business is doing it tough and even charges for chilli.

They branched out of Kotoraya in Clayton South (Blackburn Rd). The staff are extremely friendly. Sufficient parking and serving is quick. More importantly, I find the price very reasonable. Each dish is approximately $10 and portion is substantial.

Ambience is good. The food is average. However the service of serving the food was extremely slow. Some orders took more than 30 mins to arrive. Also the waitresses (maybe under staffing) are not attentive to take the correct orders. They had missed at least 3 orders.

Very nice ambience and a lot of space of large group. The food is very salty though and the portion is very small. In addition, the price is pretty expensive compared to the many restaurants in the Glen Waverley precinct.

The food price is reasonable and ambience was good. Just that the place is abit small for large crowd. I was extremely impressed with the customer service. They listened to customers (including myself) and provide even appropriate advice to save cost for customers. They even did additional packaging for one of the takeaway as it will not taste nice on the typical take away box. Very impressive service especially during this time where many restaurants are charging customers $0.50 for take away boxes. Will certainly return for such good service.

Our family of three went there for a yum cha. The ambience was good and service was good. However, the food was extremely salty. We were grabbing for water during the meal - we didn't realise that.Half an hour leaving the restaurant, we were emptying our water bottles in our car. It's very obvious there is a lot of MSG in the food. Cost wise, it's pretty expensive. Even with 25% discount, it still cost us $60 for 2 adults and one 8 yrs old boy. We agreed never to return there due to the high amount of MSG in the food.

Myself and my investment partner have paid thousands of dollars for tax advice and setting up of trust structures for property investment to the director of this company. After going through so much time and effort, the structure was setup wrongly resulting in us unable to negative gear against our investment - what a blunder for a professional! Worst of all, the accountant did not take responsibility and blame the convenyancer (although is a lawyer) for not informing them on the wrong structure setup by the bank. After the whole fiasco, the account revealed that this type of complex structure should be set up if we have asset value of above a $1m in asset; the property we bought is less than $200K! Basically, we felt ripped off by paying for all the wrong advice and high setup fees that only benefits the professional service.

I've worked with Geoffrey with few transactions. He does an excellent job in performing conveyancing. Although he may not necessarily respond to you in the shortest time (via email or phone), he is a person of high integrity and respect.

I'm very disappointed with the customer service -if there is any. You can't locate any contact or email on their website. I've ordered few addidas t-shirts on last week. Upon payment confirmation, I saw there was a promotion of Nike coming up in the following 1hr. After searching high and low, I can't locate any phone number or email to put the order on hold. I then wrote an online form 10mins after the order to put that on hold so I can accumulate all the shipping with the Nike sales. They only responded to me after 2 business days saying the order process has gone too far and there is no way to stop the order. This is obviously a slag process in the customer service and customer has to pay another hefty delivery fees. FYI, a addidas shirt cost $19.95 and the shipping is $12 (i.e. 60% of the shirt).
The quote received was fast and accurate with no surprises. I've asked for 4 quotes, and only 1 came back in what I required. I've compared the quotes around and they are quite reasonably priced. Having said that, there was couple of days of delay and I was not informed.
