For buying Australian publications, music room is a great place to shop. Music teachers get a 10% discount and shipping is free for orders over $100. I sometimes get AMEB and Musicianship books from them.

Supre usually has good prices on sportswear and other basic items like Tshirts and singlets. I wouldn't normally buy their more trendy outfits though - they tend to look cheap and go out of fashion easily. The shop in Castle Hill is quite small and crowded with clothes, but the staff are friendly.

For basic clothes and occasionally for more trendy items, this shop has one of the best prices for the quality. I once bought a pair of black pants from here for $40, and they lasted for years.

I prefer going to Just Jeans rather than Jeans West to buy jeans and other casual clothing because Just Jeans tends to have better prices and fit for my slim figure.

I come here to buy good quality jeans, as they usually have the best prices on brand name jeans. In my opinion, it is only worth it when you can get the jeans on sale because they can be quite expensive. However, if you really like an item, it's not too expensive to save up for because you know it will be of a good quality.

I refer my students to this place to buy sheet music or metronomes. They give small discounts if you ask on the sheet music, and their metronomes are at good prices. They have two particular metronomes that I recommend to my students, and at less than $70 for a good quality metronome, this is quite reasonable.
