Attended when recently opened for a friends birthday and was utterly disappointed much to my amazement. The only descent thing was the layout! The food was of very poor quality and not cooked at all to what was asked (for ANYONE at the table), one persons main didn't even arrive and the waitress didn't even notice, most of the drink order was completely wrong and didn't appreciate orders being strung passed our heads. Such a poor example for such a well know name.

I really enjoyed the way the staff of the function centre had decorated the room for my brothers wedding. It was simple yet elegant and not overpowering. Their catering was also quite lovely and even the kids enjoyed it!

I absolutely love borders stores! The Macquarie store is huge and carries pretty much everything. I have even been able to find a bunch of reference books to use in my university studies at this tore. I also love the idea of a coffee shop within the premises.. great idea!

I was a very happy customer as mistakenly didn't bother grabbing a trolley (silly me) when I was purchasing some large storage drawers. Had 1 staff member ask me if I would like assistance but thought I would be fine so decline their lovely services only to find a few aisles down I began to drop some. Much to my pleasant surprise another sales assistant stopped what he was doing and insisted on helping me carry everything to the register & even found a spare trolley for me to help to my car.

They have great prices and the DVDs are well set out in their correct genre types however, don't always have in stock the particular movies I am after. They do have a fantastic selection of box sets though.

I absolutely love their Belgian waffles :) I love that their hot chocolate comes out ready to drink and not scalding my mouth or having to leave it sit for a while. It is a very popular place so finding a seat & very long waiting times are the only downside but expected in that situation.

I have been visiting this park since I was very young and every time I go (even now as an adult) I have an enjoyable experience. Absolutely delightful to have an animal park so close to home.

I had my car insurance with AAMI (both comprehensive & green slip) for several years without any issues.... until I needed to make a claim which left me car less for 3 months as well as extremely frustrated as communication from them was always incorrect. It came to the point that I had to chase up the place that had my car directly to get the correct information and had to organize my own courtesy car. I was one extremely upset customer.

I have visited Kellyville pets on several occasions and find the staff friendly and hospitable. It is great to have a pet shop in which you can take your own pets in to ensure you buy the correct sized product for them so helps take the hassle out of guessing.

After a bit of browsing was able to locate a sales assistant to help find a product, pet food. Unfortunately not in stock but did tell me exactly when it was going to arrive as was only a new product not yet released. Found this helpful to know.
