We love Busy Beaver! Previously, we would sometimes wait until the last minute to book our airport parking and Busy Beaver was already sold out, so we had to go elsewhere. That happened only twice, and each time, we were NOT impressed with the other service: their vans were dirty or falling apart, their service wasn't as reliable. So now, we have a process: book a flight and book Busy Beaver on the same day. We like their friendly service, they come to the airport as soon as you call them (if they're not already on their way), they offer membership perks: a free day's parking or a free car wash. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because their check-in process needs to be streamlined to make wait time shorter. They ask redundant questions that are already in the system. Other than that, we are very happy with Busy Beaver.

OUTSTANDING. Steve and his team are meticulous, thorough, diligent, knowledgeable and take pride in their professional work: qualities that are essential for an outstanding result. In addition, they are friendly, flexible, and punctual. And when they have finished painting, they clean up after themselves very thoroughly. I cannot recommend them enough!

Great store. Fantastic staff: very friendly, serviceable and thorough. I'm a singing and piano teacher and I buy all my sheet music there. They can order almost anything and they contact you once it comes in. They are my number 1 place to go for sheet music. The staff are also excellent pianists and they will guide you professionally if you want to buy a piano that is best for you.

They truly make the BEST scones! I am told the batter is fresh for each batch of scones (they don't freeze it). They even make Gluten Free scones which I find are even more delicious than the regular ones (they are lighter and fluffier). There are lots of different choices of delicious scones toppings (sweet and savoury). The coffee is great, the atmosphere is really fun. They also sell lots of cakes and pastries for take away. Everything is just delicious!

Wonderful venue! We used it for a Choral Festival last year and it was just perfect. The halls are great, clean, with all the audio-visual equipment necessary. Very nice atmosphere. The price is really good too for such a beautiful place! We are booking them again for our Choral Festival this year. Not a moment's hesitation.

Communication with Birsa Cleaning was not the best. We had arranged for a cleaning at 7:30 one morning. I told Birsa Cleaning to please not arrive before 7:30. This was confirmed. But the cleaning crew arrived at 7 am and told me they hadn't been told. Another time, Birsa Cleaning (BC) changed the time and date from Thursday to Tuesday. They never showed up on the Tuesday. I texted the person in charge and he claimed he made a typo and had meant Thursday. The last time the cleaning crew came, lots of rugs weren't vacuumed, there was dust under the bed and under other furniture. A white cup that was on the counter in the kitchen (which had contained milk) was placed upside down on the dish drainer without being cleaned, so there were milk drops all over my clean dishes. I contacted the cleaning crew directly and she was very apologetic and was happy to come back and clean the missed spots. We set a time, she confirmed 2 hours before, but then told Birsa Cleaning she was coming. After which, I received a text from BC saying "she is unable to come today as we are fully booked out till next month." There was no apology nor offer to fix all the mixed spots. I mentioned that to Birsa Cleaning and they criticised me saying I was rude.

WOW. I ordered a Behringer Eurolive Monitor/Speaker and Luke Summerell gave the most excellent customer service! I was so impressed on how he was so willing to bend over backwards to keep the customer (me) happy!

They have a very nice selection of produce as well as a small selection of organic produce. The customer service is great. A nice small local shop to go to. They also carry dairy products.

I love the selection of foods at Leo's. When I can't find something at Coles, or Woolies, I go to Leo's and usually find it. I wouldn't shop there regularly though because, even though they claim on their web site that their prices are competitive, they aren't. Everything there is way too expensive.

Ann is a very happy and kind customer service person. She livens up the store and is very helpful. I like their selection of glass frames and their service is just very good. I would strongly recommend going to them for an eye exam and for glasses.
