Stayed here with 7 others for two nights, there was so much room in the apartment we had. the views were beautiful even through the rain! Can't wait to go back =D

I visited the zoo with my parents, grandparents and and sisters (all of us ranging in ages between 16 and 87) and we did the overnight stay in the zoo. This includes meals and several different guided tours at different times of the day - so we could see the nocturnal animals!

The food was really delicious and even grumpy little granny had a great time. There wasn't too much walking on the tours we were on and the zoo keepers who guided these tours were very friendly and knew a lot about the animals.

This was a definite highlight of a three week road trip =)

I went here a few months ago with for a work function and this was the first time I had been. They have a special where steaks are $7 with any drink purchase, I had reservations... But the steak and side dishes were fantastic. Everyone I was with also enjoyed their meals. Staff were polite and had a laugh with us and meals came out very quickly.

Definitely would go again! =)

My family recently booked the function room for a birthday party. Staff were pretty disorganised and not rude, but abrupt with us in person and over the phone. When we went to look at the venue, the receptionist told us where to go but no staff came with us to show us. The room was still uncleaned at 4pm from the night before and there was a person asleep on a couch in there.

After we had paid a deposit a few days before the event, they told us we weren't allowed to use the speakers that are set up in the room. So we had to organise our own.

On the night staff were polite and there was lots of food brought up for us.

At 9:15 a staff member walked through the room popping our helium balloons getting ready to shut the room down - when we still had guests in the room and had paid for the room until 10pm.

Staff were generally helpful throughout the night but the party still went very smoothly and everyone had a good time.

If you're looking for a cheap room with loads of room for people to sit, dance and walk around then this is a great place - but don't expect anything 1st class.

I was assured my tiramisu was made with fresh cream. However it was that awful plasticy stuff. Cake was a bit dry as well. This is not the only outlet that I've had this problem with either. Definitely going to the cheesecake shop instead from now on

Great store, they have so many fabulous little things for my scrapbooking addiction!! Staff are always friendly and ready to help.

Huge fan. I love baking, but for special occasions you just can't go past this shop. The decorator at this store does such beautiful cakes every time and they're completely custom. Only $5 extra to have writing and ribbon on the cake and it's lovely.

We have always used this clinic, the staff we deal with are highly competent and explain medical conditions very thoroughly so we can understand. 10 months ago we had to have our 16 year old Lily put down. It was 10pm and the on call vet waited for us at the clinic and was very compassionate afterwards. We now have a kitten and I can't think of a better place to have his checkups and treatments.

Love this store!! Not as convenient as just picking up fresh produce at coles or woolies with all your other groceries, but totally worth going out of your way for. Everything is so fresh, huge range of produce and all at great prices.

I have a 'giant breed' dog, two cats, four birds and an aquarium. I only ever use Pet City for products for my animals, the have a huge range of food and not many other stores stock the 'royal canin' brand I buy for the dog and cats. Loyalty program is fantastic. Definately recommend to all pet lovers!
