I switched to OPTUS just a few weeks ago, having cancelled my contract with another provider due to the appauling service that I was receiving. I'm really impressed with both the product that I have chosen (home phone and internet bundled) and the excellent service that I've had so far. Nothing has been too much trouble and I have 10 times the usage under this contract for about the same as I was paying with the other mob!

I have had an investment account with ING for years, and even though it's a relatively small investment the interest paid is, and always has been, more than any of the banks will pay for an investment of a similar amount.

I had a situation where I left $200 in an ATM machine just before christmas. The branch staff were so helpful, a report was sent by them to head office and two weeks later my money was refunded to my account. This was my mistake and so the level of service afforded to me was really above and beyond.

The online ordering service is really convenient and fast. The pizzas were delivered well within the time frame as promised and the product was delivered hot. The food was to a good standard and good value for money.

I have been with this company for some years and have always found them to be very helpful with all telephone enquiries. I have shopped around in search of better value for my green slip but AAMi are the best value for me every year

This service station is well set out with a convenient area for air and water, however the air pump is often out of order. I found the attendant to be surley and unhelpfull and so the overall experience was not good

I have visited the club several times and dined in the bistro. the food is very good and reasonably priced with a great selection to choose from the buffet. The drinks are also reasonably priced and the service is good

The staff go out of their way to assist without pressure. Always friendly and they have a great selection of small gifts and specialty cards. The store is well set out for browsing with plenty of room.

I feel that the amount that needs to be spent is disproportionate to the rewards offered. for this reason it takes far too long to accumulate points and interest fast wanes in the program.
