My situation may be a little different from most, as I did not purchase a property through Aitken, but while looking at places, I had the great good fortune to meet Belinda Cimino. I was alone in the business of buying and uncertain about a number of things. Belinda could not have been more helpful. She was armed with a folder of information on all aspects of the business of buying a property, which she willingly gave me copies of, even going out of her way to provide me with a form which was specific to my situation, which I had no idea about. And then following up to make sure I had received it! Remember here, I was no-where near the stage of looking like a serious buyer. She gave freely of her time to explain things to me, which other Agents take for granted that you understand (or don't care if you don't). I was very aware of the absence of the usual Real Estate hype speak, what a refreshing change. Thank you again, Belinda.
