I needed a refresher lesson after not driving for 5 months. Callum was patient, kind and very informative. He boosted my confidence and corrected a few minor mistakes I hadn't realised I was making. And gave me a tutorial in reverse parking (something I normally avoid!) An excellent instructor.

The staff work very hard and most ''try'' to help you. However, the main problem is there are not enough of them! Myer complains that retail sales are down...but doesn't understand it will attract more customers if it offers customer service. I prefer small shops/boutiques b/c the staff are more helpful and often remember you. You also get personal service.
