We have just used Kent storage to move a number of items from Sydney to Perth and our experience was just woeful.

We had a number of very expensive paintings that needed to be transported as well as a number of antique pieces of furniture.

We have requested a number of these paintings to be professionally crated in 'art crates', which we paid extra money for, guess what they were just chucked in the back of the truck and delivered not even wrapped. We could have cried.

They also left an Amoire that was also due for collection, it is worth around $20K and something we had worked hard for and was left sitting on the landing of our apartment for FOUR WEEKS, we had to remind not once but THREE times to go and collect it.

We have also ended up with the operational parts missing to a grandfather clock which is now inoperable. KENT are useless, do not use them their service is woeful, we had to constantly chase them up and they didn't deliver on half their promises.

Personally, the ISO Quality Management Systems to which they promote themselves to adhere to I would seriously question their ISO compliance they promote on their Facebook Page.
