Haven't used them since cheap flights came in. To costly. Service is good but with cheaper alternatives available I won't use them again until they lower their price.

have only flown with them once and was surpised by how good the flight was. Had heard some negative things about them so I was happy when I went with them. The only thing I don't like and it nearly happened to us was that you can lose you seat without notice if they over book and this is a bad practice. Also if you are not in the waiting lounge 320 minutes before the flight you can't check in. That is very poor.

Have flown with them several times and find they know what they are doing. Flights leave and arrive on time or early. Staff are very good but also have a sense of humour. Will continue to fly with them when there are available flights.

Great location but that's about it. Food was ordinary, over priced and customer service must have been lost somewhere in the gardens. Won't be sending them a Christmas card.

Great location. Food very good and reasonably priced. Sitting outside is definitely the best place to eat. You get a relaxed environment and this ads to the experience.

Went there once - big mistake. The service attendant was rude and looked at us as if we were trying to steal from them. His manner showed us that we were an inconvenience to him and we couldn't wait to get out of there quick enough. Will never use them again.

Use Eagle Boys regularly. Find they have great service, food taste excellent and price is reasonable. If they muck up which isn't very often they always offer something as an apology as well as apologising. The staff seem to be very attentive to the customers and I get the impression they value their customers more highly than other places.

Purchased a DVD box which I had been chasing for years. Customer service was excellent. Would definitely recommend this store to other people. Have made other purchases there at different times and have alwasy been very happy with what I have bought.

Pathetic. A total rip off and so badly error ridden it makes you cry. Have dealt with them from a personal aspect and a business aspect. The personal aspect involved them telling me when I first tried to connect a phone, I would have to wait four weeks which I said was completely unacceptable but they didn't care. After waiting four weeks they still had not connected the phone so I called them again and was told there was a back log and I would have to wait a further period. I called my local member of parliament and was connected within three days of making this call. I also had to pay some outrageous connection fee as well. I got the distinct impression that they couldn't be bothered. We have sinced changed to AAPT and have had wonderful service. Business wise Telstra had made huge errors on the phone account and because we were on direct debit they had taken the money. They confirmed there was an error but refused to refund the money they had taken incorrectly and said we could use it as a credit on future accounts. This is not ethical or moral. Consequently the direct debit was cancelled immediately. The good part about paying after receiving the account we can choose when to pay. It amazing though when we pointed out more errors how they go out of their way to correct them, but when they take your money it's almost impossible to get it back. If anyone is thinking of using Telstra - don't!

A great place to go and view videos of your favourite music. Quality can be a bit iffy on film clips but at least I have found some songs from years ago you can't buy in the shops now. I only look and listen to the songs and music clips whcih I why I wnet there in the first place. There does seem to be an unlimited amount of material available and you woudl need a 100 lifetimes just to get throguh it all.
