The cinema is a little run down compared to other locations. The seats were old, dirty, creaky and are in desperate need of replacement. The screens were smaller too. When I tried to buy tickets last time, there wasn't a staff member manning the counter. Turns out, he was also doing the job of a popcorn seller.

Great shopping experience! Affordable deals, great variety. The place was easy to locate too. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially when it comes to refunding faulty materials. They assisted me with the process every step of the way.

I tried the buffet at Lemongrass Thai and I must say it was a terrible experience. The food on the serving plates weren't fresh and food variety was little. Even though it was only $20 per person, I would love to see more meat on the table rather than just greens.

I had a very pleasant experience dining at The Brasserie. The lunch menu was well worth the money, 2 courses for only $44.50. The dishes were presented professionally and in generous portions. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great. I strongly recommend this restaurant!

Great gaming experience. There were a lot of different games to choose from. Excellent value for money too! I would go again in the future.

I was not impressed with this restaurant. The food choices on the menu was rather odd e.g dimsums with a choice of rice or noodles. Who eats dimsums with rice?! Service was also poor. The restaurant was obviously understaffed. I waited close to 20 minutes in between courses. While waiting for the last course, I have already lost my appetite for the dish. This is not a restaurant I would visit again.

Great variety! I especially love the Italian hot chocolate. Nothing else compares to this. It's thick and rich and not too overwhelmingly sweet. Products are also affordable.

This is one of the Indian restaurants I will often go to. Food is affordable and comes in huge portions (if you order the briyani). Love the spices in it. Stronger spiciness is also available upon request.

I was really disappointed by the service provided by Connex. Train delays aside, customer service was also terrible. Once, I had to purchase my metcards in bulk over the counter at Flinders Street Station. The staff member misheard my request and printed the wrong tickets. When I told him I want my tickets reprinted, he lost his temper, slapped the tickets on the counter and yelled in my face. It was such a horrendous experience, it made me wonder why Connex had recruited this person for a customer service role in the first place.
