I use Elle to look after my cats when I am away with my dogs (maybe 6 times a year) and she's amazing. Patrick (one of my cats) needs thyroid medication and Elle always looks after Patrick so well. The other cat (Bessie) is so shy but Elle and only Elle (other than me) can gain her trust enough to feed her (she hides from everyone else). If I go away in future without my dogs I would definitely get Elle to look after them – Elle is equal to my Mum in terms of who I trust if Im not there. Quite simply, Elle is beyond exceptional.

Beyond her actual care of my pets, she is an extraordinary person – with the loss of my beloved dogs Tully and Gretel, Elle has displayed a heartwarming level of support. She truly is outstanding – I don't know a more compassionate, caring and capable person. If I had an ill pet (like Tully was) and couldn't take time off work etc I would only entrust him to Elle (other than a vets).

Elle is super professional and quite simply, is wonderful. Ive recommended Elle to many people.
