Great prices? Sure! Free postage? Great! Will you ever see your books? Unlikely! I ordered from this site, on the understanding that it was "in stock" and "Ready to ship". I waited and waited and waited but nothing came. There are no contact details on their website (and if there are, they are incredibly difficult to find). Messages first popped up saying that my book had been shipped to the supplier (but it was supposed to be in stock?) and then that it had been sent. Nothing came for two months! I requested a refund, and (after waiting for at least another two weeks) I finally got it. In all this time, not ONE email - no receipt or invoice, no acknowledgment of my refund request and no email saying I had actually been refunded. What a complete waste of time! Ordering from overseas is faster and you get better service!

We ordered a pizza from this place (for takeaway) and it was great! We usually have fairly different tastes in pizzas, and have to make changes to the standard ingredient's on the menu...most places make a big deal about this and/or get the order wrong. Cafe Krifi got it exactly right, and the pizzas themselves tasted fantastic! We're really excited to learn that they also do home deliveries! Definitely a place that we'll be ordering from again.

We visited this patisserie after hearing excellent things about them! We were very impressed - on entry you are greeted with the pleasant aroma of freshly baked sweet deserts! Staff are very knowledgeable about their products, ingredients etc, and are more than happy to assist with inquires. We purchased their famous mille feuille, which was well above the standard you receive in the standard French Bakery. Custard was of a good consistency, pastry was of a high standard, and the traditional topping was perfect!

We visited Muffin Break for a Friday morning coffee/breakfast. We requested two wraps (they didn't have any in the window) and were told we'd have to wait a couple of minutes extra for them. After 15-20 minutes of waiting, we were given just one wrap, and told that we had only ordered one (we had specifically said two wraps). They made a big deal about paying for the second wrap...so we paid for the second wrap. They took no note of the ingredients we requested to be excluded from the wrap AT ALL. Given that they had made two errors (timing and the wrong ingredients) the staff had a VERY bad attitude. The coffee was as expected, though everything seemed to be done in a very rushed manner in order to deal with the long queue of customers.

We were appalled at the poor levels of hygiene we witnessed at this store last night. Staff were friendly enough, but they got our orders wrong (we had to correct them halfway through cooking), apparently because they were too busy conversing with each other. To make maters worse, we witnessed them touching raw chicken, then touching our burger buns with the same gloves, as well as wiping their gloved hands on their filthy aprons before making burgers (with the same gloves). With questionable hygiene standards like these, I will not be returning to Grill'd Richmond again.

We recently purchased a set of Zumba classes at this gym.

It is a female's only gym, with a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

The gym itself was very clean, and seemed to have a reasonable amount of equipment.

Staff were friendly, and always greeted when you came in. The gym had a very friendly feel to it. Similarly, the instructors were always pleasant and conversed both before and after classes with their participants. They were very flexible, and willing to tailor the classes (within reason) to the needs of the people in them. I found this great, as it meant they were acting to help the customers, rather than just following a set routine.

Gym staff offered us other services, and membership, but there were no hard sell techniques used.

Given the great atmosphere experienced at this gym, I would definitely return (time permitting!) and recommend them to others wanting to try group fitness classes.

I used to regularly go to this salon for Brazilian's.

I had one bad experience, which (considering the sensitive nature of the relevant area) was very off putting. However when I contacted the manager to discuss this mishap, she was more than happy to sort out the problems and compensate me. The way they handled the problem was excellent.

I had a regular waxer at this salon, who was very patient and gentle, and gave me pain free Brazilians! Unfortunately she has left...I have had one other session with another waxer, who was also very patient and gentle.

They are very competitive with prices, and even have a loyalty card which entitles you to a free Brazilian wax when you reach the end of the card (from memory, I think it is about 10 appointments). They also have student discounts.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area, or any students!

My experience at this salon was pretty good. I got a cut, colour and manicure done.

At first I was disappointed at how quickly the hairdresser raced through the application on the roots. She also tried to upsell foils with my colour, however, she was never pushy, and didn't mention it again once I had declined.

The manicurist was nice, and chatty, though I was disappointed when my colour started chipping the next day!

The hairdresser who completed my colour and did the cut was very good, taking lots of time, and listening carefully to what I wanted before proceeding.

Overall I was very happy with the results of the colour and cut. For the price I paid, it was well worth it. That being said, if/when I return I'd be hoping to go on a day where the salon is less busy and staff seem less flustered.

We recently had a deal for 10 group fitness classes. Firstly they booked us in for an appointment with one of their trainers. We had to arrive 45 min before our group classes...but no trainer showed up. Instead we were shown around by the owner, who was incredibly rude, eg. greeting other customers while we were in the middle of asking questions.

The gym itself seemed to be very dark, and had a feeling of dirt about it.

The zumba class we attended was ok (comparing it with other zumba classes we have attended in the past). Though I suspect that this class would vary depending on who was teaching it.

On our second visit (remember, we had a 10 class pass) they refused to let us in. They claimed our pass had 'expired' (which it had not) and that our trial was over (we had not purchased a trial). The owner herself was extremely rude to us (publicly) and showed no signs of customer service.

In the end we got a refund for the classes from the company we purchased the vouchers with. That being said, my experiences at this gym were horrible, and I would not recommend anyone to this gym, just on the basis of a) the way the place looked, and b) the conduct of staff and the owner.
