On my first trip to this store I over heard the owner talking to a family who had just purchased a new aquarium from him a few minutes earlier and were looking at fish to buy. Clearly new to the hobby they planned to buy the ones they wanted then take everything home and set it all up and then I heard something that I have NEVER heard before. He told them to take the tank home, set it up and leave it running for a week or two than get some fish.
This of course is how it should be done or you will kill your fish but most places I've been will happily sell you a tank and fish and when they die and you come back to ask what happened they explain it all to you and sell you more fish.
I was VERY VERY impressed that the health of his customers animals came before making a dollar that I've been back many times and happily send people I know there confident they will get the right advice and excellent service.

The fish are always healthy, the staff know what they are doing and they have some of the cheapest tank prices I've seen around Perth.

I LOVE this Cafe! It's been a regular haunt for us for the last 7 years.
The food is always great but the Chicken Cesar salad is my personal favorite. The staff are always friendly and with the exception of Saturday mornings and lunchtime when they are insanely busy everything is brought out quite quickly and it's some of the best coffee I've found within 20km's of my home. Especially when CJ's manning the coffee machine.

Very child friendly as well. It's a relaxed atmosphere but the decor is quite sophisticated.

Approximate cost: $15

I went to this store knowing exactly what I wanted with cash in hand for what I though would be a 2 minute stop before heading home.
I arrived at the kiosk 3 paces behind the 2 women in front of me. I stood there for 10 minutes with my 3 year old son, which didn't bother me at all as he was happily playing with me, while they discussed international vs Australian sim cards and the costs associated and a possible phone plan etc. The two ladies started to discuss this between themselves for a moment.
The guy behind the counter finally look up at me with the 'what were you after?' look so I told him I wanted The Pink Speck case and the mirrored screen protector for my iPhone 3G then pointed to their location 6 paces from where he was sitting.
The following conversation then took place.
Guy: I can only answer questions right now but come back in 10 or 15 minutes and I can do that. I can't do any sales at the moment.
Me: ARGH I want to go home
Guy: *shrugs his shoulders* I can't put any sale through right now.
Me: *turning to walk away to get it another day* Why no sales at the moment?
Guy: I'm dealing with these people *gesturing to the 2 women who are still talking to each other ignoring him*
Lady 2: *sounding shocked* What?
Me: You're kidding it'll take 30 seconds! I know what I want.
Guy: *Shrugs again with a 'I can't do it, sorry' look*
Me: Oh for crying out loud! Forget it! *I walk away determined to never shop there again*

Now he had not touched the computer for the 2 women since they and I arrived it was just sitting there waiting for someone to buy something. The women were occupied with each other and he did ask me what I wanted but he chose to give up a guaranteed sale for a maybe sale and continue to sit there doing nothing while these 2 talked it over with each other.
I got a case and protector at another store at another center and the girl there even put the protector on for me for nothing. Spent $70 all up

VERY poor show All Phones! You Spiky haired blond tipped 30 something male employee is costing you sales.

We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived and our waiter was friendly and really knew what he was talking about and easily answered ALL our questions about the items on the menu and when dining in an Indian restaurant with 3 small children there are a LOT of questions regarding flavor and chili contents that have to be considered. The menu itself was well written and was very handy for my husband and I who knew very little of the more traditional Indian dishes.

The food was delivered promptly after we had ordered it, which was impressive given how many other diners were there that night.

The meat and Rice dishes we ordered all arrived in beautiful pots to be shared out amongst the 6 of us, something I wish I had known when ordering or we would not have doubled up on one of the dishes thinking we would each be getting a ready to eat plate of food.

The flavors were exquisite! Full bodied and well rounded and the chef had catered perfectly to our childrens young palettes and there was only the slightest hint of chili. The breads were just divine and the rice was fluffy and not one bit sticky or gluey.

While the decor was not that of a find dining establishment it was warm and friendly and anything the decor lacked was quickly made up for with the food.

It has become our new favorite dinner location and we WILL be going back again very very soon.

A true gem. I was impressed by the decor and the atmosphere was delightful even if it was 9:30 in the morning.
The young guy who served us was a real pleasure to deal with. He was friendly and while young was extremely at ease around my 3 sons who were clearly pleased with the attention they were getting.

The food was wonderful and the coffee was amazing.
We will be stopping by every time we travel through or to Bridgetown from now on.

My then 3 year old son developed a cavity on one of his font teeth. I'd been to this dentist previously for emergency treatment and been extremely satisfied with the service and treatment I received so didn't hesitate to take my son to them.

The receptionists were extremely friendly and put him at ease as soon as we entered the surgery.
The dentist was lovely and accustomed to dealing with children and my son was quite happy to sit in the chair by himself.

He filled the hole quickly and without any pain to my little man.

My son had his Photo taken with one of the teddy bears in the room for being such a good patient at which time he instructed his hygienist to knock $50 off the bill because he was SO good.

A few weeks later a certificate arrived in the mail for my son with a copy of his photo, he was the patient of the month and would have his picture up in the office for the month.

From the time we arrived ALL the staff went beyond the expected norm to make both of us comfortable and happy and I was completely blown away by the generous discount and the later surprise in the mail.

The quality of the work done was excellent and the bill was reasonable if on the high side but I'm happy to pay the little extra for the positive experience at the dentist, especially at such a delicate stage of life.

The are now our family Dentist and while I have been petrified of dentists my entire life I am almost looking forward to the next visit.

The experience I had when I required an emergency root canal was equally as good and surprisingly pain free and while it did cost about $2800 I didn't have to pay for it up front, they set up a payment plan for me so I could pay it off fortnightly via online transfer from my bank account.
