Their products are not usually of the greatest quality, unless you buy on their market day it's usually a little bit old...but for some products this is okay! They have an awesome range of breads which they buy from a bakery and some nice Italian pasta! They also have flowers (which are not always the freshest...depends which day you go) but the convenience of a local store makes up for some of their shortfallings. The prices are as expected.

They provide friendly service, they are often quite busy though. They have treats and other things in store! They are very nice about keeping your pets until you can come and collect them and letting you drop them off earlier if it's more convenient for you. They also always send my pooch home with a lovely fresh smell and a ribbon on her collar! They are reasonably priced for the quality of service they provide, my pooch is more than happy to go in!

Approximate cost: $30

The staff are always friendly and they're very caring with your pets. They give them treats (with your permission) and are very good at offering advice to you and working with you to ensure your pet is healthy. They also offer Puppy Preschool which is also very encouraging and great for kids to learn to interact with their new pets!

I've had make-up applications for a few special occasions now. They provide a great service, the makeup artists are always great. Gentle and work with you to co-ordinate with your outfit and what you want (minimal, high-impact, feature lips etc.).
They are reasonably priced and it's great because the cost of service is refundable for MAC cosmetic products on the day! So as long as you use their products normally you can essentially really get free make-up application for purchasing their products! So if you have a special event coming up think about purchasing your products then - but it also means you can purchase products for touch-ups if you're going to be wearing the make-up for extended periods of time or if it may rub/come off

The Tiffin Afternoon tea served is delightful, with complimentary tea or coffee you are able to choose from a "traditional" or "chocolate indulgence" tiffin tea which includes sandwich fingers, scones and jam, and an assortment of petit fours. It is reasonably priced and provides for a great experience or special treat with girlfriends. It's also great because you can choose your tiffin tea individually so one person can have chocolate, and the other traditional.

They have a great range of food here! The buffet is one of the best, they have a fresh sashimi/sushi bar, fresh seafood, cooked foods, asian food, freshly cooked naan bread and tandoori chicken, as well as fresh cooked pasta and noodles created by you. A great selection of deserts, cheese, breads and salads. Good table service - sometimes a little slow to clean up plates if it's busy but usually quite efficient. They restock their food often as well which means you very rarely miss out!
Have been here several times and will continue to do so

Great service, good food, the same...or very similar to Porgie and Mr Jones (Camberwell) and Snow Pony (Balwyn) I think owned by the same people.
Gets very busy on weekends, but the seating and atmosphere inside is really good!

The food was tasty, the place was a little crowded, there isn't really a lot of seating, coffee was warm and slow to come out, as was the food. But it all tasted good at least! From memory it was cash only, but I can't be sure. Staff were tolerable I wouldn't class them as friendly but they certainly weren't rude or abrupt.

I've had jewellery custom made from this store - they were great, had time to sit down and talk through their metals and gemstones etc. were willing to work with my design and have designers of their own with feedback to contribute.

I have also had jewellery resized here. Ranging from a bracelet (with several cord strands and sterling silver, they were able to add more links to the clasp and you would never know the difference) to a diamond ring (gold, with diamonds running along the band, they were able to make it significantly bigger - as I received it as a child it was very small, and still keep the diamonds intact, the shape is a little odd when you look at the ring on a table - due to the line nature of the diamond setting, however when you put it on, you don't notice at all!)

Great service, reasonable prices, great quality, fast turnaround!

I stayed in the R60 room which is situated on a corner of the hotel giving you two full view, floor to ceiling "walls" of window with amazing views at night and at sunrise.

The room was nice, well fitted out, the mini-bar was well stocked with good products. Bathrobes were provided as were slippers, both comfortable and clean. The bedlinen was clean, comfortable. Room temperature (heating and cooling) meant you could customise it to your liking. The bathroom was nice and open. Technology in the room was good and modest.

The curtains were a little hard to figure out which button worked what, and there were lots and lots of light switches.

Breakfast at Mr Hives Kitchen & Bar was delicious, and the pool/gym area was amazing. The pool was nice, didn't use the gym or the spa but I bet they were good. The Gym sported lots of high-tech and quality equipment with the fitness area staff very helpful. Towels were provided. The changerooms had a sauna and plunge pool - although I didn't use them! And nice clean showers with shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser...everything you would except from a 5 star hotel.

Only trouble with the room was that, although it said it was a smoke free room and the cleaning charges would be made if you smoked in the room...it did smell like smoke - however we only stayed for one night so didn't make too much of a fuss about it.

The staff at reception were helpful as were the valet staff. however there was an issue with the administration of our stay. We used a voucher which we surrendered at the time of check-in, however the gentleman that helped us at check in forgot to put it in the right place, so it wasn't there for check-out and they hence had to find it. But it was resolved quickly and professionally so no real complaints!

A little further away than other hotels in melbourne, but there is an airbridge connecting the crown complexes so it's really easy to access it's just a short walk.
