The quality of the service is AMAZING!

The experience to be had here, is second to none. The staff are very friendly, they give you a robe and a locker and sandals to wear and then take you into the waiting area. Here they have lounges for you to relax on, offer herbal teas and water, and give you a survey to fill out. The masseurs then take you to a beautiful decorated and scented room where they review your survey and ask which aromas appeal to you by letting you smell each of them, they then rate them and make a personalised concoction of massage oils and essences.

The rooms themselves are beautiful, with comfortable beds, relaxing music and a temperature to your liking. They also have showers in the room where you can shower off after treatments such as scrubs.

In the changerooms there is also a snail shower, hyrdrotheraphy and a sauna which you are able to use. They also give you acess to the hotel's pool and spa.

It is quite pricey, but more reasonable than other day spas at the hotels in melbourne's CBD. The quality of the service and the experience is a must have!

Great family practice! The doctors are great and very friendly. The only thing is the reception staff are sometimes not very responsive/friendly and seem a little flustered, and the doctors are almost always running late - but if you ring earlier you can check to see how far they are behind, and it is admittedly not always the doctors fault for being late and late patients mean late appointments. Andrew and Maureen are both great. They also have instant rebates

I had family photos done here a few years ago, the service was great. We shot on an overcast day with very light showers - they did a great job manouvering around the weather.

We did inside photos in the studio while the weather was not so good, and when it got better we headed outside to the neighbouring streets/alleys to do colour shots.

They have the option to do their "classic" black and white photos which are really nice and upclose in their studio, they also have outdoor "living" colour pictures which are also really nice and soft.

They gave great guidance on what to wear (plain clothes, uniformed amongst the family, white tops, dark jeans). They welcomed us warmly and were on time, they had tea and coffee and offered to apply natural makeup for the women, asking you only to wear minimal in the first place.

They try a range of positions/combinations/settings to provide you with a broad range of photos. They then invite you back a few weeks later to view your photos where you can choose the products which you would like to create. They have a wide range of products available and keep your photos in their records for a few years incase you wish to create more later down the track. They're quite pricey in terms of photo products - but any quality photography studio charges around the same. You pay for the service, quality of the products, guarantee that the products will last and personalised service.

the prices are cheap, good products, well known brands, good range of cosmetics, toiletries, medical supplies, huge range of vitamins and minerals, huge range of quality cheap genuine perfume! staff are friendly but at the same time leave you alone so you can shop in peace, they are generally knowledgable or know who to go to for assistance

Julian Arscott - I think the main dentist of the practice is great! He's really gentle and is very encouraging. He explains what he's going to do before he does it and will stop if you want him too. The reception staff are nice but sometimes a bit abrupt and seem to be trying to do a million things at once so you get a little bit forgotten about at times, but all in all - good experiences

I had my hair cut and styled for a formal occasion. The lady who cut my hair was nice and she did an okay job - but she was a little too up close and personal...she kept obsessing about my hair and bringing people over to have a look at it - which I guess just means she's a nice person but sometimes you just like to sit there and have general chit-chat.
The girl that styled my hair was great though and she did a fairly good job, she was nice and friendly and less "in your face". They were however quite expensive and you can get cheaper places with fairly similar results. We also had to wait quite a while for our appointment time, and it was a good 45m to an hour wait after our scheduled appointment time.

I've had my hair cut here a couple of times, I had two different girls the two times I have visited - albeit both were great. Vanessa was particularly good and listened to exactly what I wanted, she didn't cut off too much hair... as many hairdressers tend to do and styled it the way I requested. The price is reasonable, there are cheaper more generic prices but you pay for what you get!

I go here with my friends for coffee and breakfast/brunch/lunch quite regularly. The food is always good, the smashed avocado and banana bread are highly recommended. Other menu items are also good and I've never been disappointed. The coffee can sometimes be a little warm (you have to drink it straight away), and the place gets really really busy. The staff are not always the friendliest...but all in all...good experience! Since the renovation they have lots of different spaces to enjoy, with communal tables, couches, outdoor bench seats, outdoor open spaces and inside seating. They are however quite expensive, but a lot of cafes these days are - the only issue is, that they're cash only...although there is an ATM next door...it's a little inconvenient and surely they bring enough revenue to be able to afford/justify eftpos!

I had my hair done here for a formal, the girls were great, they have really comfortable massage chairs for the hairwash station and the girls were able to give opinions and inputs into the updo they were about to create

I had a fake-tan before my school formal, and although the results were mediocre. The therapist didn't seem too knowledgeable about how the product reacted and developed... she seemed under the impression that the colour they were spraying on was the colour I was going to be - instead I turned orange and really really dark...not a good look and ended up having to scrub most of it off. But the price is cheap...compared to some places...however I have found other places which are better!
