If I were a health inspector I would definitely shut this place down. There is no way that their food is fresh. Well at least their so called special fried rice. The only thing you could taste was the salt. There were 9 prawns in the container and they were all different colours. The whole thing was as dry as anything and there was a lot of chicken skin compared to the little bit of actual chicken. I should have taken it back instead of throwing it out.

My children and I have been going to see Daniel for years. They are now adults and go there themselves. I also take my elderly mother there and one of my brothers goes there. My daughter went there yesterday and still gets the same great service we are use to. Daniel is very professional and has a very pleasant nature. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Optix 2000 to anyone.

Have been here several times and have taken many friends there and I have never been disappointed with the level of customer service. Congratulations to the management for the correct training of staff. Keep up the great work.....

I have been to this store twice now and both times the man at the counter has not even made an attempt to acknowledge me at the counter. He just goes about doing what he feels he needs to do other than serve the customer, then when he is good and ready he tells you the price of the items, puts them in a bag, gives you the change and that's it. I have seen him talk to other customers so he must have some knowledge of customer service, or maybe he only talks to people he knows. I found that the prices are quite high too even for a small grocery store. I definitely will not be going there again. So much for wanting to support small local businesses. Very disappointing to say the least.......

If only there were more doctor's out there like Dr Lim. He is a very dedicated, thorough and gives you the time you need. He helps not only your physical problems but also your soul. Is there a way we can clone him................

I have been there several times over the past couple of months whilst visiting family in hospital. Every time I found that the staff are customer focused and the quality of the food is rather impressive. Keep up the great service people. Too bad the hospital doesn't serve your food up instead of the muck the patients get..........

Have had a micro inverter solar system installed by Damian. Very impressed with the information given. Unlike all the other people that came out to give me a quote, Damian actually had all the information with him. He was professional, polite and took the time to explain things so I could understand it all. Will need to see how effective the system is, but I am sure it will be well worth the outlay. If you are considering solar, make sure you contact 'Blue Mountains Solar' for great service.

The best thing about this place is one of the staff, "Lester". Couldn't ask for a better person to serve you. This guy should be head hunted by companies that really care about their customers. Go Lester.......

Had a gas leak, we isolated it, Luke capped the leak so I could use the hot water and stove, he came back next day to replace a section of the pipe and replaced taps in the vanity and shower. Impressed with Luke & Rhory, both nice guys, friendly, efficient, clean and came out on time. You guys need to teach other companies how it's done. Will definitely refer you to my large family, friends and neighbours.
