Wow, am I the only person that does not like my little one playing in filth? I would like to know what kind of safety/hygiene monitoring these places have. I went there with my daughter and was disgusted with the condition of the place. The toys are dirty and broken, the ball pit was very shallow and would cause injury to a small child jumping into it, the carpets filthy, the arcade games full of dust and duct tape is seen all over the place to cover tares in the toy or games, the tables where parents sit were coming apart. I say crawly things around the place and seemed to have no supervision by staff. I was too scared to try the food, couldn't imaging the condition of the kitchen area. I will definitely not be going there again. I don't believe it is a safe environment.

I purchased some starter kits last year. I did have a slight issue just after I purchased them however, Hoselink tended to it promptly. Unfortunately I had some more issues but I didn't contact them due to various life issues. I received a letter from Hoselink informing me that the products I purchased may be faulty. To my surprise and to their credit, they sent me replacement products. Their customer service is second to none and other business might want to take a leaf out of their book. I am now looking at purchasing the auto rewind hose reel.

I was inquiring about getting the velcro strap a pair of shoes repaired. I was told that the velcro on the strap I used was of poor quality. I explained that I didn't do it I had it done at this shoe repair, but it was a different person. He started to argue with me saying that it was his brother and he has been there for 5 years. He was quite rude and was making gestures with his hands to go. I was quite offended and I will never go there again.

I purchased some 'fresh sliced' chicken breast from the deli section. Upon opening it, the chicken slices were burnt dry, rubbery & slimy. I took it straight back to the store. I couldn't believe it, while there another customer came in with a complaint about how a staff member had made an error with her purchase of phone credit the night before. She was told to talk to the phone company, it's not their problem. (Sorry off track.) I was made to wait for 4 other customers to be served before I was seen too. Upon examining it, the staff person said 'what's wrong with it?' I said 'you are kidding, aren't you? It's clearly off, it old and dry, feels like rubber and slimy.' I was going to get an exchange, however when the staff member pulled the chicken out again it was dry all down one side. I was asked if I want to have the dry side cut off. I said I wanted to taste it. Then I said don't worry and I got a refund.
This is really poor service in every aspect especially when it comes to food.

Went there for dinner last night. It's a great place to take the family or friends for a good meal, good service and reasonable prices. Please read the comment which I accidentally left on someone's review as a comment, but meant to leave it as a review. Just want to share the good experience with you all. Hope you enjoy the experience as much as we did.

I have found Jack to be honest, reliable and good at what he does. I have used him for drainage issues both at my home and my mothers. He will provide an alternative to the problem if one is available. One of the true old fashioned type service. Thank you for your honesty.

I took my dog there for a second opinion as I have not been happy with other local Vets. I felt reassured about my concerns for my dog's health. I was surprised with the level of service and the cleanliness of the surgery. It would be great though if Vet's weren't so expensive. When you don't have a job it is a huge sacrifice taking an animal to the Vet.

Well I vowed never to go to their bistro again from the last time I went with my daughter, but and I express the BUT, my daughter insisted on going there again for lunch so I ended up going. Big mistake, I should have stuck to my guns.
So here is my list of complaints:
1) They didn't have any roast like they had advertised, so we ordered 3 chicken breast meals, 2 with mash and veg and 1 with potato bake and veg
2) They didn't put any potato bake on the meal I requested to have potato bake on
3) The mash potato tasted sour. I asked the staff if the mash was fresh and they guy couldn't give me a simple yes or no, just kept saying that they make the mash there. So I kept asking, is it fresh? Finally after about the 4th attempt at getting a straight answer out of him, he said that they only make it every second day. I then asked him to take the mash off the plates and replace it with the chips. He said ok and to take a seat and they will bring the meals back out to us
4) That took around 10 minutes so the food went cold
5) The chips look and tasted old, we ended up not eating most of it
6) The staff don't even smile and look like they couldn't give 2 hoots and you get the impression that you are a bother for them.
Whilst there we spoke to some of the other customers and they too were very disappointed with the food quality. This has got to be the worst meal I have ever had. Well at least my daughter now agrees that we will NEVER go there again. Why are they still in business????

I've never liked going to pubs but I've been here a couple of times now with friends and it wasn't as bad as I imagined it would be. The atmosphere was pleasant, well during the day it has been, never been there of an evening. They have reasonable meals & prices. When you are on a pension or a tight budget it's nice to be able to get a decent meal without going broke. They are better than most RSL & Leagues clubs as they have all become pricier now. The staff could do with a bit of training with the customer service side of things, but overall it's a nice place from lunch. Just outside Westfields food court so if you are at Westfields it's not far to go.

I love this man, he really was a blessing from God years ago. If it wasn't for him my baby, now 23, wouldn't be her. Thank you Dr Shanker for making the time to see her and recognizing her life threatening condition. Now my daughter is taking her little bub, 4 months, to see him. I so trust him completely with little bubba & it is worth paying the money just for the peace of mind. I hope he is able to continue his good work with helping little ones for a long, long time.
