The afternoon before my daughters party I had a massive 'cake fail' and was in dire need of a cake for the next day. The lovely lady at Cake It Away was happy to help me and had the perfect cake ready by 10am the next morning. The caramel mud both looked and tasted fantastic.. So many compliments on the day!

Great value for money! SuperCheap gave us a competitive quote straight away and we found the booking process to be nice and easy. I particularly liked that there were no hidden fees and what we were quoted is what we paid. The guys that came out were really helpful and moved our stuff with the greatest of care. Nothing was too much trouble. If you're looking to move I would suggest asking SuperCheap Interstate Removals for a quote... You'll be just as impressed as we were!

Customer service was wonderful and got back to me straight away with my product query! Website is easy to use and has lots of great products at fantastic prices. Highly recommend to everyone for all of their beauty product needs. Also love that they offer free shipping!

I use this IGA more out of convenience than anything else... Well that and the nice friendly staff...
It is a fairly small store and carries a limited number of products, some items are a little pricey compared to larger stores...
The store is fairly cluttered but you definitely wont get lost here!!
The one big advantage that the store has over its larger counterparts is the fact that it also has a post office at the rear of the store and a great selection of magazines at the front of the store...
This is a great little store to pick up a few items at but I wouldn't do my weekly shop here!!

The store is modern and really well laid out...
The staff are all very friendly and extremely helpful...
The shelves are always well stocked with a selection of products in each variety...
Parking here is also convenient with a nice big underground carpark and for those who don't drive it's on the main strip thus close to public transport...
I have always enjoyed shopping here and now living a little further away, still travel back here every couple of weeks to do a big shop!

I have been here a few times over the past few months, the first with a large group of friends all of whom were very impressed as was I...
The only thing that is lacking from Lucky star is service, with not a lot of care taken in that area... However the food is definitely what keeps people like me coming back!!
The price is very reasonable and you do get a discount if you are a member of Bankstown RSL where the buffet is located...
For just a couple of dollars extra you can buy a bottomless soft drink or there is always the option of a couple of alcoholic beverages from the wide selection available in the club....
This delicious buffet has food available to suit everyone's taste...
Highlights include the Sushi train, Fresh Seafood and the yummy dessert bar complete with flowing chocolate fountain...
Dishes are fresh and very tasty, you wont be going home hungry from here!!

I recently dealt with these guys when having my partners car serviced...
The one reason we decided to go with them is that the car is still under warranty and in keeping with that warranty we wanted the car to be serviced by Holden...
It was easier than most to get a time to have the car serviced... and they were quite helpful...
The service itself was a full service and I felt that the $700 price tag was very exorbitant...
They did however offer a courtesy bus service to return you home after dropping the car off, which I thought was nice...
The car wasn't quite ready by the specified time and we actually had to ring them back about the pick up...
The car was washed as well as being serviced so it was looking good and running well when we picked it up...
They had to order in a part for the car which took a few days to get in... The car went back in to have this fitted which was a fairly quick exercise...
We did have another issue with the car, as a result of the service, which the service centre were very quick to fix for us...
The customer service from the service centre itself was great, however considering the price of the service you wouldn't expect anything less...
Pricey and once the car is out of warranty we will definitely be shopping around...

I visited during the afternoon and was after some take-away Sushi...
There was one group of diners in the restaurant for a sit down meal and the food on the table looked quite nice and was very well presented...
My order of Edamame and a couple of sushi dishes came up at well over $20, which in comparison to similar places was quite expensive...
It was great watching the sushi being made but that was about the highlight of the meal for me... The beans were ok however the sushi was pretty average, definitely not as nice as many others I have had...
I was fairly disappointed and don't think I'll be returning...

A quiet day but still a friendly and enthusiastic greeting from the girl behind the counter.

On this visit all I was after was a Banana Milkshake, which was very tasty however was very tempted by the delicious sweets on display...

There is a great selection of cakes and sweet pastries on display as well as display book filled with other yummy treats for you to order.

Prices are quite reasonable and this is definitely a place I will be returning to, to sample more of their sweet treats.

This great little cafe is a little off the beaten track, so to speak... Set away from the main shopping strip, this place relies largely on custom from locals and the neighbouring aged care faciilty...
So really I am about to spoil the best kept secret in Hammondville...
I have been here a few times since moving to the area and there are definitely some standout features of this lovely little cafe that keep me going back...
Firstly there is the service, all of the staff I have encountered are exceptionally friendly and really helpful...
The next best thing would have to be the price, this would have to be one of the most reasonably priced places that I have come across, most items on the menu come in at under $10!!
They have a nice selection of cakes on display for after your meal as well...
There is also outdoor seating with a gated children's playground - A huge plus for girlfriends who have brought their kids along...
The Hive is definitely a good place to 'buzz off' to for a nice relaxed afternoon with friends!!
