Gregg Downward from student flights Innaloo has been our families travel agent for our last two trips we have taken overseas, after being recommended to us. He has always been very efficient in providing us with great service and great prices for flights!

Most of the staff are helpful, however some of the younger ones need to be trained better in customer relations. I enjoy going to this store for the convenience and also for the great package deals they provide.

I CANNOT STAND TALKING TO A MACHINE CALLED LARA THAT FOREVER GETS THINGS WRONG! It infuriates me when we call up and it takes me ten minutes or longer just to speak to a human...and then its taken so long the department we want is closed. We have not re-newed contracts purposely with vodafone, instead we have switched to pre-paid so we dont have to ring through as often.The pre paid choice is more economical for us and we get a great benefit of V2V minutes to ring relatives interstate.

even though it is a 20 in drive away, i love the convenience that is is open on a sunday and longer in the evening and the prices are always very affordable and staff are very helpful!The only downfall is usually there is only one person at the till and that can take alot of time when people before you have a basket full of items and all you have is a few items.

We chose to use impressionable kids for my mothers 50th birthday present as we thought the concept was wonderful and personal, Kerry Breese was absolutely wonderful and had a charming mannerism with our daughter. We ended up purchasing two plaques ! We look forward to taking our new addition to see Kerry once he/she is born in a couple months!

I have purchased a couple of times from this store and make an effort to go there , even though it is about 40 mins from my home, as the service is always wonderful and the prices are extremely reasonable in comparison to most other baby stores.

THE 2 GENTLEMAN WHO CAME TO HELP ME MOVE SOME ITEMS WERE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! They were so polite and helpful ,the price was very reasonable, would highly recommend this business!

I ordered a dozen cupcakes for mothers day which the cupcake co had as a special, and we all absolutely loved them! cant wait for the next function to order some more!
