what a great company. I saw an item in a magazine and got in touch with the company who was willing to send me the item even though they dont usually offer this service but I was not able to buy the item in Perth. Fantastic service!

after accidently arriving at the airport the night after I was supposed to fly,(as it was a midnight flight and i did not read the ticket correctly), The lady at the desk was extremely rude and impolite. I accepted it was my mistake and asked for help to get onto the next flight which she did not want to help me with! so i walked away and ended up paying 3 times the price i had paid and flew with another airline. Because of this treatment I will never choose to book with them again.

It is always a pleasure to visit my local branch as the staff are always very helpful and attentive. The internet and phone banking is also very convenient and easy to use and the overseas helpline is always so great when we need to call when we are travelling and need advice or help!

I have been disappointed by some bad customer service.

We went to witch's for our anniversary with family , and absolutely loved it!! was very hard to find fault, the food was fresh and delicious, the service professional and polite and we had a great evening!

I have only purchased once from this store and the last few times I have walked in to look for presents, the staff have not greeted or acknowledged me whatsoever! I was walking around the store for at least a couple of minutes and because of the way I was treated walked out and wont go back in there again
