This place definitely needs room for improvement. I ordered a rice dish and the rice tasted so dry.. I only had half and saved half for a couple hours later and by then the rice was even more dry.. I had crispy chicken and it definitely wasn't crispy. the only good thing is that it's open till the very wee hours of the morning.. otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.

My friend took me here for my birthday. I had fish and chips and it wasa quite nice. the batter was so fluffy and crunchy and extremely huge piece of fish! the chips were delicious too...

Hokkien prawn mee is really quite authentic, char kway teow and chwee kueh not so nice. Getting a seat wasn't very easy, quite popular place.

We had a great chef that day as we had tempanyaki. His tricks were so entertaining having us involved and at times getting messy! I thought it wouldn't be as entertaining with 2 people but it was great as there were also other diners who joined in on the laughter and fun. The quality of the food is fantastic, especially the giant prawn! I do recommend you pick your own dishes rather than going for the set tempanyaki menu as you get more from variety as well a proper meal. the atmosphere was beautiful.. best tempanyaki place i've been too in melbourne.

I've eaten here twice with friends for lunch and the presentation is nice in my eyes. the food is delicious too... of course I had taste tests of my friends dishes!! Affordable and service was great that day seeing that it was around the busy lunch hour.

This would be one of my no.1 favourite hainnese chicken and rice!! Only bad side to it was the service as the lady was quite grumpy and not so friendly. Also the place is extremely squishy and small, however the chicken rice was SUPERB. Yes I do agree it is a small portion, however I don't eat very much so it's just right for me. As for my work colleagues who at there as well, they finished it so quickly and I remember one saying he was still hungry!! It also comes with the soup which you must have!

a nice quiet place and affordable for japanese dishes. this place serves quite fast and the portions are quite large for the price. I do recommend for lunch, not so much dinner outing.

Their dishes are delicious. the service is fast even though seats are taken at lunch majority of the time. If you want nice fast thai food, this is the place to eat at!

Our staff have lunch here very often. The noodle dishes, rice that you order from the menu are delicious. I recommend the curry laksa on a cold day!! The service is fast and friendly & the atmosphere is great. Only issue is seats are hard to find as it's so popular!
