I have recently joined this store and looks are very deceiving as it looks like a small store but they have some serious movies and games piled into this space. When we joined we were given 20 free new release movies so I am yet to pay for one still. They also send you text messages telling you of great deals like 5 free weekly movies and 2 free new releases which has been great for the school holidays. It's a long time since I have been a member of a video store and I must say we are surprised how much we have been using it! Staff have been very friendly and I was chasing something that was all out so the guy had a rat around in the returns chute and found the movie had come back so he checked it in the let me hire it right away......can't ask for more than that!

This has to be the best coffee in a shopping centre! Located upstairs in the food court on the left hand side this coffee shops makes great coffee (even decaf) and the toasted fruit breads are beautiful. I have the blueberry bread and it is toasted to perfection and not soggy inside. You get butter that is not melted and sloppy either so you are still able to spread it.....yummo! It can be a little tricky getting a table if you are there at the lunch time rush but be patient as they do table service once you have been up and ordered and they will bring your order out as long as they can see your number stand.

I have been hearing people talk about this place but could never find out where it is or I'd forget about it and go somewhere else. Now I have been I'm very happy, they have a great set up with the different sheds so it is easier to find what you need directly. Prices are very reasonable and the range for every pet you had is quite large. It is somewhere I need to come back to to have a really good look around as I was in a bit of a rush the day I went so grabbed my chook food and had to go. The same place has a lot of landscape supplies and I didn't get a chance to check that out either so it's on the list!

I was in desperate need to get a rescue dog I had recently taken in groomed before Christmas and they were just so busy but fit me in on a Sunday at their property. This is normally a mobile service and both the ladies I dealt with were just wonderful and ever so kind to my dog. They clipped the dog exactly like I requested and were extra careful seeing he is a little timid and not been groomed too many times before. I think the prices were reasonable for the size dog and the fact they squeezed me in at short notice when they were flat out was great.

Wow, what a surprise when you walk down the side alley path and you walk into a beautiful courtyard and the indoor seating is on either side of this. We went as a group of 10 and we had the function menu which was $50 a head which included so much food and dessert as well as three jugs of Sangria for the table. The food was just one lovely surprise after another coming out and there was more than enough food for all of us. Each dish was brought out with perfect timing also so you were not sitting waiting but you also didn't have all this food lob and sit to go cold. A must is the Swiss brown mushrooms with dukka spice as it was the favourite amongst the group seeing it suited those that don't like a lot of spice as well. If you get the chance pop in here as it is definitely one of the best surprises of the area I have found yet. The staff are wonderful especially the young waitress who for her age is very mature and so good at her job interacting with customers and her manners and etiquette are a credit to herself.

I have just recently bought my fourth mattress from this shop for my children as they get into big beds. The prices are amazing and there are different ranges you can choose from in each size also. The staff are very helpful and especially if you tell them it is for your young child.

I am not the most electronic game savvy person so when my sons Wii stopped working I had no idea how to fix it. I rang and spoke to the guys at EBGames and he was so so helpful with things to try. I followed his advice and finally worked out it was the sensor that had packed it in and EB Games sell the wireless ones alone for $15 or I could get the wired one in a pack with a handset and nun chuck. When I went in to pick it up he was just as helpful and friendly and I would have no trouble at all recommending them to everyone else who needs anything at all for your game consoles as surely I'm not the only mum with no idea!!

Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is a really good day out for the whole family and isn't ridiculously expensive. There is plenty to do from wandering around looking at all the animals and listening to keeper talks and you can sometimes pat or hold the animals to having a picnic lunch or swinging up a storm on the adventure park with rope courses, slides etc. Another really great school holiday idea is to have your kids be a ranger for a day. My three older children had an absolute ball doing this and for the $40 a day they are given a morning tea pack with fresh cooked muffins and fruit, lunch which is a fruit and sandwich box each and then afternoon tea is an ice block. The kids are put into small groups with a guide each and are taken behind the scenes within the park. The kids went out the back of the vet area to see the animals they were helping out at the moment and being introduced to the patients. They also went to see some of the locals and had a photo taken holding a croc or a snake and the photo was free if you wanted to pick it up on the way out which would normally cost around $15. All three of the kids loved it and had a ball, the guide they had was super kid friendly and as my child has an allergy every precaution was taken with her and I was just very I pressed across the board. A real treat for all animal lovers! Upon entry there were the lorrikeets coming down to feed and the kids had them all over them while holding the feed dishes, keep in mind these birds come here voluntarily as they are not caged in somehow. They also had a magic show going on to keep the kids entertained while we waited for the guide to collect the kids for keeper for a day activities. All of this was right at the door so you haven't even paid to get in yet and you are given a real treat watching these birds come and go feeding and interacting with people.

I brought a new doona cover for my bed and it had cost me $450 and to get staff here to help you find things is a struggle to begin with. When I got home with my purchase I realised there was a fault in the design on one of the pillow cases. I rang and they said come on in and we can exchange it. When I went in the staff member I seen said no now we want you to bring the entire bed set back in, how difficult all I want is a new pillow case which the first person on the phone had no problem with. To save another trip I even offered to take one off the display in place of my faulty one but no the wouldn't change it. In the end I rang the Robina store and they were ever so helpful and did it for me without a hassle right away even taking the time to go over e ery detail in the replacement case so I wouldn't have to bring it in again. I'm not sure if these store are owned individually or not but what a difference. Southport want to go and visit the Robina store and find out what customer service really is!

I visited the southport store and spent $450 on a new doona cover set and when I got home I found one of the pillow cases had a fault in the design so I rang to see if I could pop in and exchange just the pillow case which was fine until I got in there and they said no we want you to bring in the entire set then we can change the case, I rang the robina shop and told them what had happened and they said come on in and theyndid it for me without a hassle. They were flat out and yet they still took the time to closely go over the new case to make sure it was perfect and then wrapped it in plastic so it was protected while I went home. So now I had my beautiful bed set all together and pretty. Thank you very much Robina store!
