Sale of my house took a little longer than expected and for a little less than I hoped. Nevertheless, I found it relatively painless. I found the people at Aitkens very helpful and considerate. I appreciated the fact that I wasn't flooded with glossy folders of self-advertising as I had received from other agents and I was also happy they only brought in viewers after checking with me first. All in all, a good result for me.
