I have been training with Dan about a year and a half and I feel he has really helped me to increase my fitness. He pushes me when I need to be pushed and is always happy to help with specific needs and health requirements. The programs are varied from session to session and are catered specifically for you. Dan is flexible and is always willing to make a time that suits.The social atmosphere at Revive is friendly and enjoyable. I enjoy each time I go and the benefits for my health and my fitness have been invaluable .
