Took my partner and two boys there today and was amazed with he friendly service at the reception and we didn't have to wait as we were let in right on time. The dental surgeon himself was excellent, very gentle and professional. The dental surgeon very clearly explained every thing he was doing and put you at ease straight away. The cost was as expected and follow up appointments were explained fully and booked straight away.

First impression I was over awed by all the bright orange, very confronting. I had barely got in the door when I was asked if I needed help - hadn't even had time to get my bearings. I asked to see someone about a new a/c and was placed in what I call a pod where it took about ten minutes for another staff member to come and serve me. I actually new what I wanted - being an existing customer but felt like I was there for the first time and was offered I don't how many other things that I hadn't even requested information about. Very high pressure sales - didn't enjoy the experience one bit. Definately will go to my local branch next time I need to do something as I was so annoyed with the push for more products that I nearly walked out

Having to replace a broken shower screen decided to replace the lot and revamp the bathroom, so as we were in Bunbury anyway and having already visited some bigger dealers a local suggested we try Affinity. I was most impressed with the service we received. We explained what we were looking for and despite there not being too much on display in store they were aable to show us various designs and samples until we found what we wanted. At no time did the staff member make us feel rushed and left us to discuss our choices. I am impressed with the end result and am happy to recommend this very professional service as a result of my own experience

First impression was wow what a great view, and second impression the shared seafood platter was superb, one of the best I have ever tasted. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and considering how busy they were the staff managed beautifully. I will definately go back here. My partner and I enjoyed vibe and found staff as well as other clientelle very friendly. Great place to visit if your from out of town like we were - very welcoming

I was immediately impressed with the atmosphere, very charming. The staff seemed to be everywhere - not long waiting to get service. I ordered the coq au vin pie which was delicious and very reassonably priced. The only thing I could fault them on was serving wine withour brigning the bottle to the table but hey small price to pay for an otherwise pleasant and enjoyable dining exeperience

A friend recommended this store as all the clothes are from Australian designers and they have very original pieces in store. I could have spent a fortune in here - such beautiful dresses - would be so appropriate for any special occassion, party, ball, wedding, etc etc. The sales staff were very helpful and helped me pick out a beautiful red dress. Now on the top of my list for special occassions.

Best friend took me out to tea here and even though I am not a huge fan of steak decided to try it out seeing as I was at a steak house. The t-bone I ordered was melt in mouth delicious - cooked to perfection. The waiter was incredibly professional and was very knowledgle about the menu. My friend opted for a seafood choice and by all accounts this was yummy too. Little bit pricey but worth it for the food we got. It was also very relaxing looking out over the boat harbour while we were dining.

My brother asked me to meet him after work whilst I was in Perth, I was bit dubious about the location but was pleasantly surprised at the relaxed atmosphere. The gourmet pizza was superb, and best of all didn't have to wait for an eternity to be served. Staff were friendly and professional. Definately a nice place to wind down after work

What a great place, I was able to sit down and enjoy a coffee and a lovely pastry in their alfresco area. Yes the Al Pacino endorsed coffee was yummy. Then on with the shopping, fresh grower direct fruit and vegies, one of the biggest range of cheeses I have seen and olives - a gourmet delight. Very European orientated for anyone else missing that touch.

Finally found a bakery that specializes in European style gourmet breads, all fresh ingredients and no preservatives or color's added. Only downfall - need to be up early to shop direct between 5.30am and 9.30am - but guarantee you will enjoy whatever you buy cause it will have been baked thay day.
